We are concerned by your comments regarding our staff and would like the opportunity to investigate them properly. We do, however, dispute the suggestion that our team are generally rude to customers. As you state that this has happened on both of your visits, we would particularly like to identify the bookings and establish which members of staff you dealt with on each occasion.
Unfortunately, your review provides no full name, booking references, dates of travel or vehicle registration, so we currently have no way of identifying either of your stays or investigating your concerns. We would also hope that the fact you chose to return to Cophall for a second booking following your first experience indicates that there were positive aspects to the service you received.
Regarding the condition of your vehicle, our customers’ cars are stored in secure open-air parking areas, so unfortunately leaves, pollen, tree debris, bird droppings and general dirt can accumulate while vehicles are parked outside. This does not mean that vehicles are being stored in an unsuitable or insecure location.

Simple from start to finish
Simple from start to finish. Pull in and the company take images of the car. Park and take out you luggage. Hand the keys in to one of the really friendly staff, collect you ticket and get on the bus. We went from South terminal so the journey was around 5 minutes. On return, call them with your reference, catch the bus and your car is waiting for you. Seamless experience and I would highly reccomend.

The condition of my car on collection…
The condition of my car on collection was bad driver side covered with muddy water and the driver’s mat was badly soiled, complained and was offered a pressure wash or make a complaint, did neither it was late and just wanted to get home. Would it have been better to have washed the car before I arrived to pick it up rather than find it in a filthy condition, I have used Cophall for many years now this is the first issue that I have had

We appreciate that being offered a pressure wash at the time was intended to resolve the issue, but we completely understand that after returning from a journey late at night, you simply wanted to collect your vehicle and get home rather than wait any longer.
We are particularly concerned about your comments regarding the muddy water on the driver's side and the badly soiled driver's mat, and we would like the opportunity to investigate how the vehicle came to be returned in this condition.

Very efficient check in and out even…
Very efficient check in and out even though we left car at 3am. Great transfer to the south terminal with pleasant driver. Would be 5* but return driver quite rude and parking worker nearly collided with us on our way out as he was driving too fast.

We are, however, very sorry to hear about your experience on the return journey. Your comments regarding the attitude of the return driver are disappointing, and we are particularly concerned by your report that one of our parking team was driving too quickly and nearly collided with your vehicle as you were leaving. Safety within our site is extremely important to us, and this is something we would like to investigate properly.

I've been using cophall parking for…
I've been using cophall parking for years when I had a bad experience elsewhere.they have a very good way of working.park your car go to the office register your vehicle get onto the bus drops you of. When you come back you just phone up tell them which port you are bus collects you to go back to cophall. Collect your keys and your car is waiting in the car park. First class service.
