When we got the bus at the airport the driver never helped with the cases and the same when we did the second pickup.
The car was not at the front waiting for us,we had to find it in the car park.When we got to the car it was next to the wash bay and when we opened the door the front of the car and steering wheel was all covered in dirt as if someone had washed a vehicle while our car door or window was open.
The friendly atmosphere the company had has gone and it is just a way of making money.
I have recommended you to other people but I would not be doing it again.
Very sad to say we will be looking elsewhere after using this company for about twenty years.

Thank you for your review and, particularly, for your loyalty over the past 20 years. We’re very sorry to hear that your most recent experience has left you feeling that the service and friendly atmosphere you previously valued has changed.
We would like to clarify a couple of points. Our transfer drivers are not required to lift customers’ luggage, although we appreciate that assistance may sometimes be offered at a driver’s discretion.
With regard to the location of your vehicle on return, customer vehicles ready for collection are parked in the designated return area to the rear of our reception, rather than at the front of the site. The area at the front is primarily used for customers arriving and dropping off their vehicles.
We are, however, concerned by your comments regarding the dirt inside the vehicle. This is not something we would expect, and we would be happy to investigate what may have happened if you contact our Customer Services team with your booking details.
Most importantly, we’re genuinely disappointed to hear that you feel the friendly atmosphere has disappeared. After approximately 20 years of using and recommending us, your comments deserve to be taken seriously, and we will be passing this feedback directly to our reception and operational teams.
We’re sorry that this experience has caused you to reconsider using us in the future, and we hope we have the opportunity to restore the confidence you have had in us for so many years.

We have been using this company for over 20 years. Easy booking service and very helpful when I had to change the dates because our tour operator moved the dates. Very efficient service both on dropping off and collecting the car. Easy process once we had our luggage and a bus arrived as we were approaching the stand. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

You need to CLEARLY include Maple in…
You need to CLEARLY include Maple in all communication about Cophall parking. It's not showing on this page and wasn't mentioned in Holiday Extras' information about my booking.
As a result, on arrival, I wasn't at all sure that I had found the right car park!
Also, lighting was poor [3.30am] and markings on the ground barely visible, so not sure where to go to park. I had to ask a bus driver.....
When leaving, it wasn't clear whether the barrier would simply lift. I had to pop out of my vehicle 3 times and press a button each time for it to lift. No matter how quickly I tried, I couldn't fasten my seat belt in time before the barrier dropped. Really quite upsetting.
Communication when at reception was minimal and hard to make out against other background noise.
Didn't feel like a reliable, professional outfit.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that you were uncertain whether you had arrived at the correct car park, particularly at 3:30am.
We would, however, like to clarify that Maple Parking branding is displayed alongside Cophall branding throughout the site, including on our signage and transfer buses. The car park is also floodlit throughout the night. If the information supplied by Holiday Extras did not make the relationship between Cophall and Maple Parking sufficiently clear, we appreciate how this may have caused some initial uncertainty, and this is something we can raise with them.
We’re sorry if you found the ground markings difficult to see or the instructions at reception difficult to hear. We will pass those comments on to the team as customer directions should be as clear as possible, regardless of the time of day.
Regarding the exit barrier, you should not have needed to repeatedly get out of your vehicle to operate it. We would like to understand exactly what happened here, as this is not the experience we would expect. However, for safety reasons, we would always recommend remaining stationary until your seat belt is securely fastened rather than feeling that you need to rush to get through the barrier before it closes.

Very disappointing experience – damaged car key and refusal to accept responsibility
I left my car with this company while travelling, and unfortunately, when I received my car back, the key fob had been damaged. The plastic around the unlock button had broken/worn through.
I contacted the company to raise the issue and expected them to take responsibility for the damage while my vehicle and keys were in their care. Instead, they have refused to accept any liability.
Their response was essentially that they do not inspect vehicle keys when cars arrive, so they cannot know what condition the key was in beforehand. They then pointed out that my vehicle is around 10 years old and claimed that the key fob had simply worn out through continual use.
I find this response extremely disappointing. If you are leaving your vehicle and keys with a parking company, you reasonably expect them to take proper care of them. Rather than investigating how the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their possession, they have simply dismissed the complaint and blamed the age of the key.
I would strongly recommend taking detailed photographs of your keys before handing your car over to this company, as they apparently do not check or record their condition on arrival.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry that you remain disappointed with the outcome of your complaint.
We take the condition of customers’ vehicles seriously, which is why vehicles are photographed on arrival and the odometer reading is recorded. However, individual car keys are not something we would ordinarily photograph or carry out a detailed condition inspection on at check-in, as damage to keys is not something we commonly encounter.
It is also important to put the amount of use of your key while in our possession into context. During a typical stay, our drivers would only need to use the key a small number of times to carry out the necessary movements of your vehicle. The key would not be in continual use throughout your stay.
The damage you describe is the plastic around a frequently used button having worn or broken through. Given that the vehicle and key are approximately 10 years old, we do not believe that the very limited number of times our team would have operated the key during your stay could reasonably account for this level of wear.
If you have a photograph of your key taken shortly before handing the vehicle over (date stamped) to us which clearly shows that the area was intact and undamaged, we would of course be happy to review this evidence.
We appreciate that the damage was noticed after the vehicle was returned to you, but this alone does not establish that it was caused by Cophall Parking. Without evidence demonstrating that the key was undamaged when it entered our care, and considering the extremely limited use of the key by our staff, we cannot reasonably accept liability for what appears to be wear accumulated through regular use.
We’re sorry that this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, but we have to assess damage claims fairly based on the evidence available.

Perfect! Always use Cophall as we know our car is safely parked for the duration of our trip. The bus service is regular - every 15 minutes to terminals and the staff very professional. Upon return our car is ready to drive away. Would thoroughly recommend.
