Booking was very simple, the Car parking was convenient.

Wow how easy was that, after years of paying a fortune for taxis to and from the airport I decided to use Gatwick parking and must say I’ll never get a cab again. It was so easy to drop the car off in the airport and take a two minute walk into the terminal and the same on arrival, a couple of minutes once we’d got the cases we were back in the terminal and a couple of minutes later in the car and going home. This is definitely the way we’ll be getting to and from the airport for all future trips abroad.

We travelled 1st September & booked the parking a week or so prior. Excellent service direction were spot on, parking was easy & straight on shuttle bus to airport. Kept are keys & on return left the car park easily.

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the signage: As you come to North Terminal & so near to where you need to be for the Valet Parking, a sign for it appears to suggest you turn right along with other areas instead of straight on so we did that & consequently we actually had to stop &speak with a taxi driver by drop-off who informed us where we actually needed to go - very annoying! As far as the actuall parking is concerned it is excellent & also great when we returned from our hols.

What is a corporate card fee, what is the service that this covers and I feel maximised by this type of practice - do Gatwick care, probably not.
