I booked summer saver but messed up as forgot keycard for my EV.The people there told me to go park in long stay and sort out from there which I did as no time to waste.I emailed customer services who told me to speak with them at the exit on my return from holiday.I must admit I thought it was going to be a battle, especially when I got to the gate and it came up as £390 !But the guy just asked for my reg and saw i had booked the summer saver and let me through, thank god.
Therefore I must say for once that customer service has been first class and thank you all at Gatwick Parking.

Valet parking was so easy. No worrying about getting from the car to the terminal like with other parking companies.
We drove into the car park, followed the signs and the staff member guided us to a parking space. The terminal was a minutes walk away.
On the return we picked up our key at the valet parking office and we were on our way home in minutes! Will use again, yes it was more expensive then other parking but after a long flight home this just made the journey easier.

The easiest Parking thing ever such lovely people we were in our own seconds on departure and arrival

We use this car parking service every time we go from Gatwick. It’s a safe and secure site with regular transfers to the terminals. Friendly drivers too! Highly recommend

Did not like the amount of times I was tried to be upsold other items at the airport. I think it is disgusting that airports now pay for things like - faster security, faster passport checks - the sort of things that should be the same for everyone and we have already paid for it all when we book our flights.

Last week I used the official valet parking at Gatwick North which was a delightful experience. Dropping off and collecting wii ok red perfectly but I had booked my car in for a valet clean and they did an amazing job on my grubby cat, both the exterior and internal were immaculate and I will, most certainly, use this service next time I need parking at Gatwick.

Excellent customer service and value for money. Drop off and collection very efficient and car was ready parked up for collection.
However, having failed to inspect my car thoroughly enough on collection, I noticed on my return home that there was actually a fresh scratch on the rear passenger door and small indentation where an adjacent parked car had obviously opened a door which had made contact. This must have happened before I drove away from the car park. I fully accept I should have inspected the car more closely and reported this to staff.

This could have been a 5 and it may be my fault that it isn’t.
Maybe I failed to read the instructions properly but I had assumed that number plate recognition would allow me to leave. Maybe I should have taken a ticket when I arrived? Anyway, a very helpful assistant sorted things out for me.

It’s so easy, so convenient, very reasonable.
You’re guided every step of the way.
Never had a single issue.

Thanks Gatwick North! The parking was easy and bus driver friendly and gave out the bus stop numbers on return journey. Will be back in the future.

Good easy booking. Range of offers between terminals and short stay/long stay. Licence plate recognition worked well for smooth experience. My only criticism would be electronic boards at every bus stop working all the time would enhance the experience

Easy to book, very good value for money only 2 minutes walk to the departures.
Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is it wasn't completely clear once in the car park where the spaces were. Apart from that perfect.

we parked in Long stay carpark North ,great value for money ,easy to find parking space and the short bus run to the terminal when the start of the holiday so much easier .Buses run regularly so no concerns if running slightly late .
Booking process on line was easy and if you need to amend any details the online system is simple

This carpark was excellent value for money, great location, easy to find. I would definitely use again.

This was painless and easy, carried off no problem, pickup even easier, highly recommend.

Easy to find, helpful staff shuttle bus only 5 mins ride to North terminal. All in all well worth the money. Will definitely rebook with them again.
