Great service from welcoming staff
Great service from welcoming staff. The whole procedure from start to finish was smooth and easy. One tiny thing..... I wasn't told I'd need the barcode to get out of the carpark at the end of my trip. I had a slight panic when I couldn't find it. Luckily I hadn't thrown it away.

Easy to book
Easy to book. We have used Gatwick Holiday Parking in the past. They are fairly easy to find and seem well organised. If i had only one very tiny negative and that is that some of the reception staff are quite abrupt.

Blue badge parking needs to be bigger…
Blue badge parking needs to be bigger as it was full on arrival. Drove around for 15 /20 mins trying to find a space which was so stressful as running out of time with check in. Not ideal at all. So with blue badge holders ever increasing please increase the spaces availablei ! I finished up parking a long long way away from The entrance / exit area! I would suggest you install
A display board at the entrance as to where all the blue badge space availability are located in an effort to ensure the customer can find availability quickly. Not beyond the wit of man in this world of technology!

Great price, worth it.!
Great price, easy process and close to the airport. We literally parked by the reception, dropped off the key and jumped on the bus. No queues! On arrival, the bus from the terminal came quickly, we collected the keys straight away and walked no more than a few minutes to our car. Perfect.
