Great price, easy process and close to the airport. We literally parked by the reception, dropped off the key and jumped on the bus. No queues! On arrival, the bus from the terminal came quickly, we collected the keys straight away and walked no more than a few minutes to our car. Perfect.

Gatwick did not have my booking details.
On arrival at Gatwick long stay south car park, my number plate was not recognised and I had to contact control to let me in--they had no record of my booking
On departure, the same problem occurred and I was asked to pay £432 to exit. I had to explain that I had pre-booked and paid £88. I gave them the booking ID but they had no record of it. However they did let me out. This was very stressful. Why did Gatwick not have my details??

Some reason our tickets got tangled up…
Some reason our tickets got tangled up with previous booking , so when we were leaving we being asked to pay over stay £470 !
It did sorted out but we had to provide lots of emails etc at 12am in the morning after long flight , that isn’t ideal

An easy experience
The parking was well signposted and easy to find and the bus was convenient despite a long wait as the driver was nowhere to be found. This made the time very tight to catch the plane. The return trip was very efficient and my car was easily found.
