This is just so easy
This is just so easy, book your dates and along as you book a flexible offer if you find it cheaper you can amend your booking and they will refund the difference. Instructions to get to the place, barriers open quickly and clear Instructions once your in to where you need to go to park (we opted for keep your keys). Plenty of parking and shuttles to the terminal are regular (remember to take a pic of where you have parked and which bus stop you boarded) On return it was easy to get the shuttle from terminal and quick exit at the barriers.

Clear directions for drop off and pick up. Being able to collect car immediately on arrival rather than calling after baggage reclaim is a plus for me.

Extremely long wait at the carpark on…
Extremely long wait at the carpark on the morning for a 5:45am flight. Arrived at car park with plenty of time. Several buses did not stop has they were full. We were travelling with a new born too.
We finally had to move bus stops with all of our luggage hoping to get on the bus at earlier stop. We had prepaid to eat at the lounge but due to the long delay at the carpark we just made it to our flight as it was boarding. So did not get to have breakfast and also wasted money on paying for it. Also had to then pay for fast track to get us through security as quick as possible. Overall extremely disappointing and frustrating experience and not a nice way to start our holiday

My experience was generally brilliant…
My experience was generally brilliant except for the attitude of a bus driver on my return when i asked for advice as my car had broken down on my return. Everything else was easy to navigate as a solo older person as a first encounter. Definately recommend and i acknowledge we all have bad days.

Awful experience
Awful experience, thankfully we read the email sent to us beforehand as the signposts are all wrong Gatwick Holiday Parking have their own car park by the looks of it and have signposts contradicting the email, thankfully we followed the email directions the signs should be removed. Once got into Gatwick north car park we drove around the only car park allowed (Zone x) for 30 mins and and it was full at every pass we drove out twice to see If they had opened any other zones they had not for about 35mins. We eventually drove out for the 3rd time and they opened a staff car park which again took 10mins to find a space. We allowed 3 hours but this debacle cost us at least 45mins and our lounge timings. No staff on site either.
