An easy experience
The parking was well signposted and easy to find and the bus was convenient despite a long wait as the driver was nowhere to be found. This made the time very tight to catch the plane. The return trip was very efficient and my car was easily found.

They tried to charge me an additional…
They tried to charge me an additional £38 because my flight from Glasgow was late getting back due to the air traffic control problems at the time.
Hoping common sense would prevail, they operator was rude and very condescending.
After 6 hours at airports, including a 1 hour flight and 20 minutes trying to find my car, the last thing I needed was confrontation...this has happened on my last 2 return visits to Glasgow.

On entering the designated parking zone I found no available parking spaces. Not what I needed when I have a plane to catch.

Good parking
Good parking, easy to find spaces, easy to navigate too and from the airport. Shame the signs on the approach to the main raoundabout did not have Mid Stay Parking on them, but I found it soon enough once I had emerged from the short term parking area

Easy & convenient
Easy & convenient to use for holiday parking services. The shuttle bus was on time and there when we arrived and on our way back home. Car was also parked up nearby, no need to search for car.

Beyond terrible
Beyond terrible. Had to wait 40 minutes at the parking for the shuttle only just made my bag drop. Then on the way back I had to wait another 35 mins for the shuttle back to the bus terminal and my car wasn't ready despite giving them my flight details

We aim to return our customer’s vehicles at date/time requested we’re disappointed to hear this hasn’t been your experience with us and of the impact this has had on your return to Gatwick. Our buses are scheduled to arrive to pick up passengers every 10-15 minutes and we’re truly sorry to hear this hasn’t been the case when you’ve recently visited Gatwick.
