Discount code let down
Easy to use website for booking however no way to add the discount code for the 20% savings emailed to me. So feel a little disappointed. Have used the site for years so happy with the service.

We're sorry to hear that you were unable to apply your discount code. This certainly isn't the experience we want our customers to have.
Please could you email customerservices@cophallparking.co.uk with a copy of the promotional email you received, the discount code and, if possible, a screenshot of the issue. We'd be happy to investigate what happened and identify whether there was a technical issue.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.
Many Thanks,
