Used the company a few weeks ago when travelling to Egypt - phoned the number they gave us when we needed collecting a total of 51 times to no avail. After over an hour and a half of doing this we ended up paying out of pocket for a taxi to take us from the terminal to collect our car (£30 total). When telling the staff of this, they said "the line was down" - no email, no communication of this whatsoever. We were told to email the manager for a reimbursement of the taxi fare and have done so three times with no response. Really poor service- wouldn't recommend unless you want to be stranded at Gatwick airport.

Shockingly bad customer service. On the day of our return (early hours of the morning) the number given to us to call for pickup wasn’t working. Eventually had to pay for a taxi out of our own pocket. When we arrived at the compound, the member of staff informed us that the line was down. No communication was made to inform us of this. We were told to email the manager to get a refund for the taxi. It’s been almost two weeks and not so much as an acknowledgment of the complaint. I have emailed three times and received no response. Avoid this cowboy company.

Smooth process to check car in and out. Drivers are quick to get you to the airport too!

First of all, at drop off I had 20-30 people waiting for the shuttle minibus anxiously. The waiting time there was 40 minutes for me, which meant if I'm not early, I would have missed the flight. The shuttle bus had not been arranged for the required demand and both ways I had people having to sit on each others lap for the ride. Upon return I had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle bus again at Gatwick, where again, someone had their relative on their lap due to lack of seats. I called twice and I was picked up from bus stop 7 late. My car was disgusting dirty when I picked it up and when I approached reception to collect my keys, the staff member pointed at the wall to say, first I need to fill out this survey and give them a good feedback. Unlucky him, I wasn't gonna give one if wasn't for this comment. Now I have to take and wash my car because all of my vipers are covered in dry mud for some reason. I know they were the cheapest, but next time I'll just invest more to get decent service

Filthy waiting room, unclear staff, god knows where they park the cars: ours came back covered in orange juice and filthy. Cowboys. Pay a bit more for peace of mind.

Just avoid. Take a cab instead. The whole experience is like turning up at Del Boys car lot. Ropey, unpredictable service. 2 maybe three 8 seater vans that don’t take more than 6 with luggage. Lie about timings and just a horrible experience - just try one of the bigger ones. It’s not worth it.

Shuttle service drivers are amazing. Staff is very friendly . Highly recommended

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, YOUR CAR WILL BE DAMAGED. The company is a complete scam. They damage cars whilst you're away on holiday and/or use the cars for personal use. My car tracker saw my car driven to Crawley whilst I was away. Car handed back with large dents and bumper hanging off. No CCTV, cannot get hold of anyone for insurance details. Phone numbers don't work. CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS ASAP, AS THEY HAVE AN OPEN CASE AGAINST THESE FRAUDS. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.
