I was a faithful and loyal customer for 3 and a half years. I finally had to move and then I asked them for a cancellation. It was reported to me that I owe them a claw back fee for not completing my agreed contract of 12 months. I disputed this as I have been with them for 3 and a half years. Needless to say they stole my money.

Instead of being a happy return customer seeking them out at any new residence I will never use them again.

They’ve lost me as a customer as its quite clear what their strategy is - it is not customer service. Its greed.

I would recommend choosing a provider where theres no clawback fee, theres no notice, and you can go month to month like Cybersmart. Power back to the customer.

Yahga helped Me So Willingly. He was amazing, but professional. Professional but chatty and treated me with so much caring, I felt treated like a friend. Not many people do that, so I appreciate it so much.

I've never really had issues with them. Prices and packages are great. Even got myself an upgrade at a lower cost when my initial package no longer existed. Customer services are quick and on the ball ALL THE TIME.

Worst isp I've came across rsaweb sucks they told me my router will work with their Sim when I got the Sim the story changed then when I asked for a refund they told me processing fee is non refundable when it's then who told me the router will work.thats just deceiving

I will not recommend any one to use RSAWED. SLOW INTERNET. POOR SERVICE. LOTS OF ISSUES. INTERNET IS OFF AT LEAST 3 TO 4 TIMES A WEEK. The only thing that got my attention was the price it's cheap so is the service.

Poorly trained staff put down the incorrect address on the order. Despite multiple follow ups, all communication was ignored for 2 weeks resulting in an order not being place with Vumatel. no communication. upon requesting a refund, live chats are ended and no refund is provided. Issue has been on going since 26 January. money has disappeared. Staff are very rude and have no customer relationship management skills.
