If your servece is like your internet im glad that you didn't come. We waited 6 months and they still didn't came! I shouldn't even give a review.

That changed with my recent fiber install via Octatel. VOX initially advised they'd quote me for the ONT move; I requested the quote but never received it. On-site, technicians then assured me no extra costs as it would be treated as a new install, due to missing power cables on the box. They were even relieved that no new trench was needed. Yet, I was still billed R1500 excl. VAT, with no waiver despite the clear miscommunication and missing quote.
Disappointing lapse in process on otherwise solid service. Worth fixing for customers.

The service from Vox staff are distasteful. I sent a router back for my account to be credited. As I looked at my tracking they have sent the router back to where I originally sent it from and are charging me.
When I call in, they cannot find the router, however they should know it was sent back to a POSTNET. They are unhelpful and arrogant. They do not respond to calls or their WhatsApp.
I don't have the router in my possession but they want R2000.00 for it?

Horrible service
Actually I should be giving zero star
My son had applied for LTE Sim card and no one bothered to tell him what type of router he should buy
He has been reaching out to the sales person who was assisting but he never shared with him what type of router is recommended
We bought the router only for them. To say the router is incompatible now my son is being told that he has to pay R1000 if he actives the Sim card
How can the charge pro-rata for service that is not used or activated

They take your money - deactivate your account. Put the phone down in your ear. Refuse to contact you. They're great with sales, but do not expect anything after. Disgusting

The WORST experience ever. My husband and I moved to a farm, the sales guy at vox actually drove out to the farm and garunteed that the WiFi and signal would work well. We move in and didn’t even get 1mb of internet.
They had the audacity to then not charge us the pro rated rate. sales guy promised router would support all networks, what do you know, it only supports Telkom.
Wasted 2k on a router that they do not want to refund me for despite me confirming so many times with the sales guy, additionally charged me for a whole month when I didn’t even get a day of connectivity. Pathetic and worst company ever, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VOX TO ANYONE!!! Make sure to have your contract for a year plus or you pay thousands of rands in fees to cancel.
They don’t let you know that when they are selling their products though.
Useless people, horrible account managers, I hope all yall can sleep well stealing from people. Because it’s THEFT.

I would strongly advise against using Vox Telecom. I’ve only been with them for two weeks, and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The installation alone took over a week and a half, which was already frustrating. But the worst part is that I’ve now been without internet for an entire week, with no resolution in sight. Every time I follow up, I’m given empty promises that an agent will assist me, yet no one ever actually does. There is a clear lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care. Communication is poor, and it feels like once you’ve signed up, you’re completely on your own.

I am a longstanding customer of Vox and have always found their customer service autrocious and they don’t really care but quick to take your money. This time I sent them 2 emails giving my one month notice as required but stating to please not cut me off now but at the end of the month giving them exact dates etc but they still went and cut me off for the whole Easter weekend and say they cannot do anything about it. So I am paying a costly amount for no service and this is not the first time this has happened. PEOPLE LOOKING FOR FIBRE OR INTERNET CONNECTION DONT USE VOX AS THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They have sorted out the problem due to one diligent kind person on their team Laurie, I think her Surname is Smith. Thank you Laurie I appreciate you, you went above and beyond to sort this out.
