Consultant were always willing to understand and help, the process was always clear from the chat bot to consultants. Turn around time on issues is good. I hope the wifi connections is as good as the service I got.
The call to make an appointment came in time and technicians were on time for installation, they were friendly and helpful. Every interaction was just great.

Very poor customer service. They will move you from one agent to another, with no help . Stayed days without internet connection yet I paid . You would talk to the agent the whole day without any solution.
I don't have much to say,but what I would say is that I've found the most effective and the quickest service from your staff and the company.EXELLENT SERVICE

I paid today, sent proof of payment to a salesperson who assisted me , and then within 5 minutes installation guys called me for directions..... Wow what a an excellent service...
They are very quick to assist with sales but extremely delayed with installation processes and retrieving routers when you cancel.
The way they were so professional about the installation and how they told me about the first guide-up , it was so professional and clean . And as for my fibre , it runs perfectly smooth so far , no complaints .

Day 3 of trying to cancel a service. Today I was assisted by Caleb who replied to every chat after 20 minutes. It took me an hour chatting to the agent just to be transferred to another agent who supposedly assists premium clients. Pathetic service I must say.

One thing though is that the confirmed arrival time was 2. They came at around 15:40 … I’m sure it wasn’t their fault probably got delayed at another site, however I’d expect the office to call and notify the customer that they are running late to avoid convenience for the customer. I had somewhere to be at 4 but I couldn’t go because they had just arrived so I had to cancel. Which I did not have a problem with but it would’ve been better if the delay was communicated.

I’ve had a great experience with Vuma Fibre WiFi. The internet speed is fast and reliable, whether for streaming, online classes, gaming, or working from home. Installation was smooth, and the connection stays stable with very little downtime. Customer service was also helpful and professional whenever assistance was needed. Definitely a good choice for affordable and dependable fibre internet.
