I cancelled a booking and was promised a refund which has not be processed. I have sent numerous emails with not even a single reply. Stay away!

They say you need to pay a fee £3 each way, dont send a link to pay and pocket your money, had this con twice at Luton and once at EMA, why not include it in your cost

It is some years since I used Stansted Airport. As I regularly receive emails from Compareparkingdeals I searched the cheapest deal I could find for a short 2½ day day. I paid £60 - still expensive in my view. The site was New Farm Cheap Park & Ride. When I arrived I was told that the transfer fees were not included (I then noticed this was stated at the bottom of my booking email) and had to pay an extra 2 x £10 for the to/from airport transfer!

When I use an airport parking service I expect it to be clear and precise regarding costs. Otherwise, what's the point of calling the website 'Compare Parking Deals'?

The service was also extremely poor, and the site badly maintained. One of the drivers drove the bus like a maniac. Not impressed. I see this particular paring facility have a 1* rating on Trustpilot and their Facebook feedback is abysmal.

I have emailed Compareparkingdeals today, but I expect no joy. They will probably simply respond 'please read the small print'. I reject this. When searching for an airport parking service, I have never before experienced a situation where I pay for parking which does not include transfers. I feel conned by this deceitful practice.

In the advert is not mentioning the airport Levy charges £ 10 each way not included . It only appears once you buy the stay and this is not fair

So the first pleasant surprise was the small print (after booking of course) telling me that parking charges were not included in the price.
I thought I was booking the standard meet & greet at Stansted so was further unpleasantly surprised when I arrived to find the orange car park I was being directed to was not where the standard meet & greet is located, and there were no signs or indications of where I was supposed to be going to drop off the car. The number I was given to call put me through to rude responders who were incredibly unhelpful and just kept barking at me the row they wanted me to go to, despite me repeatedly telling them I could no longer get back to this row without exiting and re-entering the car park which would have incurred 2 parking charges. When they finally came to collect the car around an hour later the parking charges were £23, the driver told me to send in a copy of my ticket and receipt but surprise surprise, I have had no response to my emails.
On returning home, I was told my car would be 10-15mins. An hour later I called and was told my car would be 10-15mins. I did receive a courtesy call about 10mins later letting me know there had been a road closed by police that was causing delays - no idea why they didn't tell me this the first time I called! The only road closure was miles away on the M11 so god knows where they are parking the cars!
The car was finally returned to me, filthy and needing a wash (another charge) and I paid my £13 parking charge to get out and left.
Yesterday I went to the supermarket and reached for my trolley pound and found all the loose change I keep in the car (around £5/£6) was no longer there. This had been buried under a stack of batteries waiting to go to the recycling.
All in all, I can't recommend enough that you avoid this company like the plague, a dreadful experience from start to finish.

The search and booking process were smooth easy and quick to complete and understand.
Confirmed email received promptly with further information regarding drop off and collection.

good and easy site to use helpful staff in call center, but i had to cancel booking as i booked the wrong airport i was told my booking was cancelled within minutes and a refunded will be arranged ASAP followed by an email confirmation of the refund

I'd give zero stars if i could. On dropoff, we called 30 minutes in advance as instructed. When we arrived after 30 minutes to the car park, i called again, to be told that i needed to park the car in a space (there were not many), and then call them again, and then wait 10 minutes for the driver to arrive. He took 15 minutes.

On return, i called when we got through passport - we only had one case and i knew it would take them at least 20 minutes to get the car. They said 40 minutes.....

I called after 20. They said within 15 minutes. After 15 minutes i called again. They said within 15 minutes. I'm still waiting.

Use someone else.

Please don't bother with this company.

-Parking isn't secured, they leave it in the middle of a field.
-The car was dirty when I picked it up.
-They chare £17 additional to take you to the airport.
-It took them longer to pick me up from the airport back to my car then my flight back from Portugal. I tried to find out what was going on, they just didn't answer my call. I was left at the airport stranded for hours with my 2 little children in the middle of the night not knowing what is going on. Very stressful experience

Awful... Currently waiting 2 hours and waiting. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had dropped my vehicle on 15th reference: CPD-19-643930

Was informed when I called today as landing that my vehicle isn’t starting and that the pickup location I have to travel to is 8 miles away. There was no message beforehand to let me know or any issues prior with the vehicle. The company also didn’t offer to collect us from airport! Horrible service and a claim is pending if the issues are not resolved

The cheapest parking provider was poor despite the reviews posted all being positive

We booked through compareparkingdeals a swiftMeet and Greet service at Stansted airport provided by Safe Meet and Greet Limited in May 2026.

On the day of our departure we were asked to call a mobile number when we were 30 mins away form the airport. We do so and we got no answer until we were almost at the airport. Finally when we got through, no apology, no explanation of who we were to meet and were told to park in the orange car park in row whatever and they would be there in the next 10 mins. It was over 20 mins before I realised that there was a gentleman that people were approaching and confirming their license plate numbers with him. Having tried to call the mobile number again for an update with no success, I approached the gentleman and low and behold I cld see on his mobile phone our licence plate number and details. I confirmed we had parked and left him the key. Be honest did not at all confident. On a return flight we were asked to call once we had completed through customs. I called once we were off the plane as I did not have much faith that they would be there on time. We experienced an hour delay and when we called the mobile number we were rudely told that due to our flight being delayed we would now have to wait until they were able to accomodate us as they had to accomodate those who were now due to pick up their cars. We ended up waiting over an hour for our car. No apology, no updates. I would not use this website again. The Safe Meet and Greet company have been reported in the Guardian as follows: "Safe Meet and Greet is an unofficial third-party airport parking provider operating around London Stansted Airport. The company has faced scrutiny and legal warnings from airport operators for unauthorized operations in airport car parks, alongside customer complaints regarding hidden fees and long wait times." Need I say more

when my car was returned it was covered in bird droppings. i was informed that my car was parked under a tree. There was no apology as the driver just walked off. when i tried to speak to a 'manager' i was just ignored. I appreciate that bird droppings happen but no care was taken. i have had the car washed but damage has been sustained by the bird droppings. i have tried to call them but no answer. there was a lack of respect for the customers car. i was even delayed in having the car returned. they cited that my car was blocked by another car. i feel that i might need to take legal action.

Easy to use - i would only flag up that a few of the companies said they had 5 star reviews, when you went to read them there were no reviews. Some other reviews dont seem real, customers would never say "road was not bumpy" why would they leave that feedback for Valet drop off in a Gatwick multi storey car park!

Good communication pre drop off and post collection.
Easy instructions to follow.
Reasonable price for 2 weeks.
Staff friendly.
