Used car without consent, on return car was in completely different very dodgy car Park, 3/4 miles down road despite being assured would not be moved..Charged £14 drop off/pick up, NOT ADVERTISED!!! Only to be dropped off in some old dirty converted builders van, sharing with other "unfortunate" customers. Clearly making a lot of money from drop offs alone.. Need shutting down for good. I am on to Trading Standards as it is.. 2026 this is NOT acceptable!!!!

I was not informed of the additional charges for parking short stay at the time of booking, which added an additional £16 (£8 drop off and pick up). This therefore was not as cheap as it appeared. I think this company should be upfront and honest.

I recently used this parking service at Luton Airport and had a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy. My car was ready to pick up upon my return. This was the first time I've used these guys, and I was half-expecting to repeat the bad experience I've had with others in the past. No such thing. It was a smooth and efficient service, exactly as it should be. Highly recommend it!
Avoid!
I booked parking with a cancellation cover. For my exhausted brain, the lack of address of the provider was not enough of a red flag to their "4.9 rating" (which I should have read as half of the 5 star reviews refer to a completely different provider). The email arrived and it turned out I had to pay an extra £6 on car pick up, which was NOT in the original listing, and then possibly also the shuttle fee? Also the address I was given was some sort of private residential road! Another red flag. When I called their phone number, it was just a driver, he didn't even know what website or via which company I booked. When I was checking how to cancel, it turned out you had to do it 48h in advance or there is no refund (and even if you do get a refund, you lose £15 in admin fees) which is NOT CLEAR at the time of booking. Gave up on my money and tried to cancel anyway. No button anywhere to cancel. Now I'm stuck, since their phone number is always "line busy" and their chatting feature, while quick, is very unhelpful... We booked the official car park but I will be disputing this with my bank.

This is a scam I cancelled the booking in April and still had no refund even tho they said it should be back in my bank 1-5 working days after a couple on months now e mails back and forth still nothing except my cancellation invoice and a trail of e mails I'm now being told that the reference is not from their website I have sent e mails to compare your parking deals and it appears to go to compare your parking prices which im assuming is why they get away with its not their booking reference I have nowhere else to go now so be careful this seems a total scam

This company is a front from parking companies that are either rouge or bogus business.
I booked via this sight and choose a deal with Platinum Parking. They also trade as Lion parking. Both business have been dissolved or struck off. But they are still trading.
I arrived to pick my car up on the 29th May. Made my first call at 07.18am. 85 calls later (most either not answered or hollow promises), I eventually got my car back 7 hours later at 14.27pm. This was after being told my car keys were lost. My wife drove to me at T2 with the spare set. We drove to lions address as per the website, which does not exist. Through various calls managed to get a new address which was a lock up with a metal cabin parked in the corner. On arrival we were greeted by 2 men who insisted we left. I went to the cabin where a number of men were sleeping on the floor. I found my key, along with my personal details on the desk. I gave them 30 mins to get my car before I called the police and reported the car stolen. Along with threats to report illegal employment. Strangely, 20 mins later my car arrived. Compare your parking, via an Alice Rose (a front name I would suggest) made absolutely np offer to help or support.
On investigation, it would appear the majority of companies on this sight are owned, run, or have the same listed directorships. Companies close down and then restart in a slightly different name.
Please do not use this company or any company associated with it.
You have been warned.

Overall, everything went according to plan. The only downside was the waiting time – we had to wait quite a while for the driver to take us to the airport, and after our trip we were picked up from a parking area located some distance from the terminal. We also spent some time looking for the driver. Apart from that, everything was well organized and as expected.

System error and unprofessional response from customer service
I booked airport parking through Compare Your Parking Deals and the system generated an impossible arrival time — showing my drop‑off time as before the time I actually made the booking. This was clearly a system fault, not user error.
When I contacted customer service, I received a reply from Alice Rose, who responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating that because I “did not complain the same day” they “cannot do anything”. This completely ignored the fact that the error was created by their own system and only became apparent afterwards.
No attempt was made to investigate, correct the booking, or offer any support. As a result, I have had to initiate a chargeback with my bank for a service not provided as described. I will also be contacting Trading Standards regarding the handling of this matter and the refusal to address a system‑generated error.
Very poor customer service and no accountability. I would not use this company again.

They are always on time when dropping me off at the airport, and just as prompt when I return to collect my car. My car is always in great condition when I get it back, which gives me real peace of mind while I’m away. Absolutely terrible experience and very misleading pricing practices.
When booking, the advertised price did NOT clearly include the mandatory Manchester Airport drop-off/pick-up charges. Instead, customers are expected to discover hidden extra fees afterwards, which feels dishonest and unfair. If these charges are compulsory, they should simply be included upfront in the total booking price.
The service itself was even worse. On departure, the driver asked me to pay cash directly. I handed over £10 and never received any change back. Then on arrival, I was asked AGAIN to pay the same charge despite already paying earlier. The driver insisted until I refused, after which I was handed a token and told to use the payment machine myself to pay another £6.40.
The whole process was confusing, inconsistent, and highly unprofessional. Customers should not be pressured into handing cash directly to drivers with no transparency or accountability. I was left feeling overcharged and completely misled.
Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company unless they improve their pricing transparency and staff conduct.
Extremely poor airport parking service and experience through this agent
Booked airport parking through this agent for Easy parking Heathrow-meet and greet(Express parking heathrow) and received a terrible service. I have put the review for Express parking heathrow below as it includes my comments about compare your parking deals and their response. I can see that CYPD says it is only the agent and not responsible for how the companies on the site operate but it brings into question why they list them and presumably profit from still listing them when they are aware of such poor service. i don't appear to be unique having now looked at other reviews.
Express parking heathrow review-
Used the provided phone number upon collection of bags after a flight as we were instructed. Was initially told that the car was on it's way. We checked the cars location on our app and could see it wasn't moving for the next 15 or 20 minutes. Called again to be told again that it is being driven now so I informed them that we could see the car was stationary. They insisted it was on it's way. Waiting a further 15 or 20 minutes and called again. This time they claimed it was in the agreed meeting location and the driver was waiting and we were not answering our phone. I was stood at the meeting point and informed them of this and also that we had had no missed calls. Next it changed to being told they had brought the wrong car with a similar registration even though nobody approached us at the meeting point. Next we were told it had set off to us again. The car was still stationary on the app. After this our attempts to phone were unanswered multiple times. A driver eventually phoned us to say he is on his way. The car finally moved about 10 minutes later and we watched it all the way in to the airport. The car was absolutely filthy on the outside, mud, some kind of tree or plant looking dust all over the roof and I hope was only lots of bird muck.
Time to get car from first phone call was close to 2 hours, extremely slow.
We didn't realise until we had already set off but we also had put a tin of Monster and a tin of Red Bull in the glove compartment for our return journey after a long overnight flight and they had stolen the Red Bull. Why would they even be looking in the glove compartment let alone be despicable enough to steal such a thing?
If one potential customer reads this and doesn't book with them then it means it's an expensive tin of Red Bull and that crime hasn't paid on this occasion.
Terms shown when booking through CYPD(Compareyourparkingdeals) only detail a £6 charge when dropping off the vehicle but this is £8 and you have to pay it to leave the airport upon collection too, not transparent enough with costs.
I used the complaints contact after returning home and they refuse to respond. I contacted CYPD, the agent for the booking, and they said they would escalate the issue with suppliers management but still no response. CYPD appear to be not replying either now.
I would NOT recommend Express parking heathrow(easyparkingheathrow-meet and greet) or CYPD(compareyourparkingdeals) nor will I use again myself.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Our car was vandalised, specifically sprayed down the side with red paint! The company (Express Parking Heathrow Ltd) have not replied sensibly to any customer service requests we have made not have they offered any kind of refund nor support to remedy the damage incurred. I would be astounded if it was only our car that was randomly targeted… You have been warned!

Shocked they’re still trading; bought parking through them, once I paid, I saw who the provider was, googled them and saw the awful reviews so cancelled, thank goodness I paid the extra quid for cancellation cover!
Never received a confirmation email for starters, which is already a breach of contract, and was unable to contact them via telephone.
After hounding them with emails, I eventually got a response offering a credit note, to which I said ‘no, full refund please’.
I was advised that it would take up to 14 working days. It has now been 15 working days, multiple emails sent to them, chasing for the refund I am owed and no response. Have submitted a claim with my bank. Just AVOID this joke of a company - they’ll be reported to the relevant regulators!
