Issue with payment now being ignored
I paid for parking for later this month. There was an issue on their side with the transaction. The money was taken from my account however they won't issue me with my parking details despite me sending them the evidence that they requested. I'm due to go away in two weeks and now they are ignoring my emails pleading for them to resolve this issue and issue me with the booking confirmation I paid for. Horrendous company

I have booked my car parking last night with them for 2nd of August. And then after one hour sent out an email for cancelation. This morning they reply to my email saying that its not cancelable i can do only amend. But when i booked with them they said free cancellation until 48 hours prior to drop off. Now i will ask my credit card for charge back. I wish before i book i should read their feedback.

Do not use - they took my money and wouldn’t return it. They won’t answer anny phone calls and Anna Anderson at customer service replied once saying card system didn’t work and wouldn’t reply or return money. Kept saying on phone they’d return money and never did.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the condition of my vehicle when it was returned to me following my recent booking from 17-05-2026 to 03-06-2026 at Terminal 2.
Prior to my trip, my car was professionally washed and cleaned on the 16th of May 2026 before being driven directly to the airport for your Meet & Greet service.
Upon collecting my vehicle on 3rd June, I was deeply disappointed to find that the interior had been left in a dirty and unacceptable state. Specifically, there is significant dirt left behind on both the front passenger side carpet and the rear left-hand side carpet. This strongly indicates that my vehicle was unauthorizedly used to transport at least two of your staff members or other individuals during the time it was supposed to be securely parked. There is absolutely no operational reason for anyone to be sitting in the passenger or rear seats of my car.
As an asthmatic, I am incredibly sensitive to cleanliness, dust, and dirt inside an enclosed vehicle. Finding my property treated with such a lack of respect and care was not only frustrating but poses a direct risk to my health. Your staff should be far more conscious and respectful of customer property.
I have attached photographs clearly showing the dirt left on the carpets as evidence of the condition in which my car was returned.
Because of the negligence and dirtiness of your staff, I am now forced to take my car for another professional valet and wash. I am requesting a full refund for the cost of this car wash, alongside an explanation for why my vehicle was used to transport passengers.
I look forward to receiving your prompt and suitable feedback regarding how you intend to rectify this situation.

Made an airport parking booking through this company. Cancelled as the parking company appeared on Watchdog and set the alarm bells off!
I requested a refund from Ezybook... Well still waiting some 18 working days later. Calls go unanswered.. emails ignored...
I was very willing to rebook via Ezybook. But now will go elsewhere, as they have my money but don't want to give it back? Also I'm guessing that as a 3rd party booking agent that they really do not give a shite who they book you with? So far the parking company are listed dodgy, I'm finding that Ezybook are well suited bed partners for them?

Don’t book with Ezybook. I have messaged them to get a refund they said they will issue it within 14 working days which I thought was strange straight away. Due to 99% of places issue within 5 days or so. It has been over 2 weeks now and still no refund and no responses via email. Will have to seek legal action it seems defo not recommend this company defo more hassle than it’s worth.

My experience with Ezy Book Airport Parking has been absolutely disgraceful. I am still owed a £73:00 refund and have been given nothing but excuse after excuse for months. Every time I contact them, I’m told something different, yet the refund never arrives.
The level of customer service has been shocking. There has been no accountability, no urgency, and no effort to resolve the issue despite repeated promises. As a customer, I feel completely let down and deeply frustrated by the way I have been treated.
Based on my experience, I would never use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone. I would strongly urge others to think very carefully before handing over their money, as my experience has left me feeling that I cannot trust this business at all.
Save yourself the stress and book with a reputable airport parking provider instead.
No refunds/diverted calls/ or they hang up.
Please do not book with this company . I am on 17 days still no refund . They have stopped responding to my emails .
After 14 I was promised my money in 48 hours. Still Nothing at all!

I’ve never had such unprofessional customer service. My booking was cancelled even after 30 days and I haven’t received a refund. Whenever I call customer care they divert my calls. Easy Bookings needs to take responsibility for this. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this site.

The booking process was very efficient and the price was good. No reception when we arrived but someone appeared. We were then transferred very quickly but the vehicle was filthy inside and the seat belts didn't work.
On our return we waited almost an hour. There had been an issue and all the cars had had to be moved further away. They kept saying 7 minutes...he will ring you. He didn't ring and we kept ringing. Yes, it was further away but not 1hr. The vehicle was still filthy and the seat belts still didn't work. Nice enough people but we were tired and it wasn't ideal.
