DON'T USE THEM!! No customer service at all! Grumpy reception on the phone. Followed the instructions regarding pick up and waited an hour for car to be delivered! They also ask for £10 cash to leave the car park! Won't use again.

My vehicle was parked in carrington around 10miles from the airport I was picked up in a very dirty van inside and out the driver Jay iqbal required the airport entrance and exit fee which I knew about 1 gave him £15 he dropped me off outside the airport when I landed back i called 8 times went to voice mail it was 1am eventually he called me said he was sorry he picked me up again outside the airport so the £15 wasn't needed and then went on to tell me about the amount of hours he was working which was ridiculous for a driver on airport runs infact it was dangerous ive asked for the £15 refund but have just been fobbed off ill never use this company again absolutely shocking they shouldn't be allowed to operate as a taxi

You are asked to park your car in the Orange parking area of Stansted Airport awaiting collection by a cowboy. What they don't tell you is that it costs £13 for the entrance fee to the car park and a further £13 exit fee when you collect your car after your holiday. In our case the exit fee to the car park went up to £25 because, through no fault of our own, the duration went over 30 minutes, all due to the idiot who left our car in the wrong row and we couldn't find it.

I booked a Meet & Greet parking service through Airport Parking Deals expecting my vehicle to be safely parked until my return.
Instead, my vehicle was driven without my knowledge or permission while it was in the custody of the Meet & Greet operator. I later discovered this after receiving a Parking Charge Notice for an incident that occurred while my vehicle should have been securely parked.
I have video evidence showing the person who collected my vehicle and the person who returned it. When I contacted the operator asking for an explanation and requesting to know who had been driving my vehicle, I received no answers.
Due to the seriousness of the situation, I have reported the unauthorised use of my vehicle to the police.
Entrusting your vehicle to a parking company should give you peace of mind, not leave you wondering where your vehicle has been and who has been driving it.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

It would be 0 stars if possible. Absolute scam company. Left my car with them at Stansted Airport and on top of the charge there was a £13 entry and exit fee but worse than that, when I returned I received a notification from my lease company that I had received a parking ticket whilst I was still on holiday so that means that they were driving my car around without permission. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get someone on the phone or respond by email but it is like trying to get an audience with the pope. Total bunch of scamsters do not use them!!!

Drop off no problem although 1 guy was dealing with 3 cars, returning was the problem, I phoned from the plane, gave reg number and ref number, they had no record of my car,I just flew in from Turkey after surgery on my mouth, already in pain dred set in, the only reason they found my key was because of the keyring it was on, I was then told to walk to meet and greet, not the place I was already at in the returning car park, after a hour I then saw my car being driven out the car park I was standing in at first with no lights on, they drove straight past me, on the phone again and after another 1/2 hour got my car, all together 2 hours for the 30 minute pick up it was meant to be, I would never do meet and greet again as the service was beyond a joke.
Appalling Service and Zero Accountability
I booked a Meet & Greet service at Heathrow T4 through this company, and what I received was the complete opposite of what was advertised. I followed every instruction, called ahead, and arrived exactly where I was told to be. Instead of meeting me at the terminal, the provider sent me to a random address and then claimed he was “waiting at his car park.”
On my return, things got even worse. I waited over an hour outside the terminal, only for someone to show up in a van, without my car. I was then driven around to pick up other customers before being taken to a car park in Datchet, miles away from Heathrow. This is NOT Meet & Greet by any definition.
To make matters worse, the booking company refuses to take responsibility, even though I booked through them, paid them, and received confirmation from them. They are now trying to push the blame onto the operator.
This is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had booked 30th May to 6th June. Drop off no problem. But problem with collection. When i arrive i call straight away. After 9 times someone answered and say 35 min. After 40 min i still waiting for a car. I have tracking system on my car and i can see that it still doesn't move from outside aof airport. Then i right them again. Nobody answered. I tried 30 times finally get answer that my car on the way. But by tracking system it still doesn't move. After 1 hour waiting, car still not moving. I ring them again, and get answer that car on the way. But car still not moving. When i ask them why they are laying me,straight away cancel call and not answer anymore. Finally i get car after 1h 20 min waiting. Because it dark in airport i not see damage on car. Next day when i look i find that my car rear bumper left side are scratch. Tried to contact with them but no answer. That's my first and last booking with this company. They customer service are rude and silly. I not recommend this company to anyone. Better pay more but no stress.

Over the last weekend I had an extremely disappointing experience with your company .
Having booked a Meet and greet which was confirmed on your paperwork , but when turning up at T5 i was informed that i only had Park and Ride. Arguing with the supplier when I had to catch a flight did not leave me in a good mood. They eventually sent me a driver but tried to charge me - which I refused. On my return on Sunday night the offer was park and ride or nothing to retrieve my car ! When I eventually was dropped at the car park where my car was parked they tried to get more money out of me before they would give me my keys. I argued the point and eventually they gave me my keys.

I arrived home to find I had been fined by Stansted airport parking, due to my car being driven WITHOUT my consent, while I was on holiday. I phoned the number to report, the woman was evasive and kept telling me to make a complaint online (I have done and 4 days later still no response!) and then she just muted my call until I gave up and hung up. STAY AWAY!! They are clearly not a reputable company, and the fact a member of their staff had been using my car while I was away, is not acceptable. Supposed to be stored in an offsite car park.

Avid at all cost, absolutly shocking, booked beleiving i was parking my car and leaving it at the airport, once booked, we got an email saying we had to pay £13 to get into the car park then £13 to get out of it on top of the payment made for parking, when we got to the car park i was asked to phone a mobile number, after 30min a car pulled up to me and the man inside in jeans and a tshirt said " im taking your car". i Asked for id and he had nothing on him, just wanted me to hand over the keys to a 50k car, the best he managed was a whatssapp group with my detials on. On return we were asked to call them once we had out luggage, we did this and was told the car would be 30min to be delivered. i thought it remained in the car park so was frustrated. 40min passed and no sign of the car, we were in shorts and t shirts and it was freezing, we also had 2 small children with us, we were told it will be another 10min, again 10min passed and nothing, then a guy came upto me and said whats your car reg, i told him and he said its just coming it will be a few min. another 15 min later again i called, and was told really sorry it wont be long now. after another 40min of being fobbed off and being told the car was on route but the driver had got lost, he finnally turned up, and it was the guy who had approached me saying it would be a couple of mins. Nearly 2hrs waiting for my car in the cold, then had to pay £13 to get out the car park, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting company. please do not book anything with them as you will spend couple of hours waiting for your car. Reported to the Police they are under investigation!!!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Absolute joke have to pay an additional £16 on top of booking charge and waited over 2 hours for them to bring back our vehicle. Manager and staff are rude and useless. Empty promises for wait time and then parked the car on the level below and left key on the wheel arch. AVOID BOOKING!

If you don't want to have problems, just avoid this company. I received a ticket from Stansted Airport, and they claim it wasn't their fault. They're running some irresponsible companies. There's no confirmation of car pickup, no contact information, just a phone number. It's a lot of stress when picking up your car. Think twice before booking this parking service.

Not even worth 1 star. The most horrendus experience. Got lied to. Was told the car was on its way when it wasn't. Outbound wait time was over an hour. Inbound wait time was 3.5 hours. Overall poor experience. Phone was put down on me more than once. Also have to pay extra for short stay parking charges. Terrible! Shouldn't be allowed to trade

Would give no stars if possible. Terrible experience! A complete waste of time and money! Can not get through to anyone when you've been told to contact prior to arrival. All staff very unprofessional and unhelpful! No customer service standards at all. Had to wait nearly an hour for someone to collect the car at time of drop off. Called from Spain prior to returning to the UK, and again when landed in the UK. Still had to wait over an hour to collect the car. Very very poor experience. Avoid at all costs! Should not be allowed to trade and rob customers the way that they are.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. All previous negative Trust-pilot feedbacks about this company are real. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (for few extra £ you will get away better services ex. Maple Parking who operates on the same terminal). On our return we have to call 20 times to get someone on the line , and wen we asked why our Car have been moved around for few days after we left Heathrow and again few days before our arrival, without our approval, the gentlemen got upset and even hanged up by saying "i will refuse to talk with you till you not calm down", then called again another few times where finally answer, he become very rude and try to explain that the vehicle after picked up, will go first to an hourly parking and after then will be moved to another parking for another period of time (unknown and unexplained by the company when we make the booking) and same thing again two days before our arrival. Wen we said we will call the Police if they will not return our vehicle, the gentleman hung up again the phone saying "you can call them"....then called again few times and he respond again with attitude "did you calm down now?". My vehicle did, while was with them, about 50 miles (47 exactly). Finally he dispatched a driver and brought the vehicle in about 25 minutes after an continued circus for over 40 minutes arguing on the phone. That's not right. Those services should not be encouraged to exist.
