PARK SPOT Meet and Greet - Stansted Airport
This is regarding the Stansted Meet and Greet company Park Spot.
The whole experience was a nightmare, starting off with the instructions to phone and drive to the Orange car park and look for someone wearing blue and yellow tabards. When I phoned, I was redirected to the 5th floor of the green car park and told to wait for someone who will come to take the car.
20 calls and 35 minutes later (yes really...), we were finally met by a man driving a smart black Range Rover who took our keys and parking fees by card machine (there were now 3 of us waiting and panicking that we would miss our flights!) and we raced down 5 flights of stairs with our luggage to the airport terminal. NOT a great way to start our holiday!!
16 hours later (!!!), I could see from my car app that my car was still on the top of the car park and when I phoned them to ask them what was going on, they replied that they were short staffed and that someone was about to move it. It was moved to a private address for a couple of hours and then eventually moved to a 'secure area' with cameras.
My car was left unlocked (again!) but luckily could lock it from my phone.
On my return, I phoned from the airport and was told to go to Radisson Blue Hotel. I waited for 10 minutes before they told me that they were in the car park and to meet them there.
I was shown where to pay for their parking (£7) and then asked if I could inspect my car first before leaving, The man refused to come with me but said that he would be by the green car park entrance if I needed him.
Needless to say he was gone when I went back there!
During this whole debacle, they put 70 miles on my car and it was returned splattered with mud and sticky hands inside.
My parcel shelf was loose and unattached and it looked like my belongings in the boot had been moved around.
Why would anyone need to go into the boot?
So as you can probably tell, I am hugely disappointed and upset by the experience and will not be using them again.
It's a pity as it lets the other companies down that are under the same umbrella, so keep an eye out for 'Park Spot' and avoid them like the plague!!

I booked Meet and greet with A1 Meet…
I booked Meet and greet with A1 Meet and Greet at steanstead airport. They are misleading there is No Meet and greet at terminal. They set meeting point in Blue Car Park and we have to walk with push chairs and children half kilometer to reach terminal. We are also charged £13 in cash to get into Blue car park on top of what we paid

DO NOT USE !!
DO NOT USE !!! When we arrived, there was no communication about where we should go to drop our vehicle, plus a ‘hidden’ charge of £15. On return, we were told 30-45 mins for vehicle return. I had to keep chasing, phoned c 40 times, most of which were not answered. Any information they gave me was simply lies. After an hour and a half and even more phone calls from us, they sent a driver to take us to their parking compound to collect our vehicle. We finally drove out of their parking area 2 hours after first calling them. The very lengthy delays, the ‘hidden’ charges, the diabolical communication, the blatant lies all ensure that we will never use them again and I would strongly urge others not to do so.

Just awful don’t waste your time or…
Just awful don’t waste your time or money. Unhelpful staff. Would have had to wait 45min to hour for a shuttle transfer and the driver took customers to airport and upon return was going to take a 30 min break. Was told I could cancel but they booked my vehicle in so I couldn’t cancel on website. We left after 5 min to find a different car park. When I tried to phone to get my vehicle checked out in order to cancel booking, they hang up on me twice.

We arrived on time and called ahead as requested. When we got there, we got told to go to the green car park instead of the orange which I had booked, and a car would come and pick us up to take us to the airport. We parked and called told him where we was, waited around 25 minutes for him to arrive after numerous calls and he told us he would meet us downstaires of the car park. We got the lift down and he said we had to pay a further £13 for him to drive in and get us. This wasn’t mentioned before, but fine, it’s £13 at the end of the I’m going on holiday whatever. He then told us he was here to drive my car to the orange car park and for us to walk over to the airport. This was only about a 5 minute walk so, fine. Not what I booked, but fine. Once we landed again after our holiday, we called and let them know we was 30mins away again. He said to go back to the green car park. We walk back over, wait another 15 minutes for him to arrive. Whilst we’re waiting we are on the phone to him who says he coming, and that our keys should be on the DRIVER SIDE TYRE. In a car park with hundreds of cars, you left my keys on the wheel???? We couldn’t find them anywhere, and then he arrives and hands us the keys. Was that a joke or…? I get in the car and there is a ticket on top of my wheel, he explained I then had to pay another £13 to get out of the car park as he has had to come in again? I requested to speak to the manager who said it was his first day and he didn’t know if this was how it was supposed to be or not. When I book meet and greet orange car park, I expect to be in the airport and have all of the car situation sorted. Made us rush through security due to him being so long, and was overall the messiest and most stressful experience and not what I had booked. Would not use again. Booked via compare your parking.

We used Park Spot Meet & Greet at Stansted airport, this company is run by illegal cowboys and there are articles on Google about Stansted airport trying to shut them down! Very very poor company, you'll get an email saying orange car park then be directed by phone to the green carpark much further away. Don't give you any paperwork and delivered the car over 50mins late after I said I would ring the police and say that my car has been stolen.
Stansted airport need to do more regarding this company but make sure you stay away.
When you call them they can't understand basic English so makes it really hard to communicate.

⭐ Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised
Unfortunately, our experience with New Farm Parking was very disappointing.
The parking was advertised as including free transport between the car park and the airport, but when we arrived, we were charged an extra £20 for the transfer, which we were not expecting.
The return journey was even more frustrating. After coming back from our holiday, we called to be collected from the airport and had to wait around 40 minutes for them to arrive.
When we finally got back to the car park, our car was not ready for collection. It was blocked in between several other cars, and we then had to wait another 30 minutes while they moved the other vehicles so we could leave.
After travelling, the last thing you want is to spend more than an hour waiting just to get your car back.
Overall, the service was not what was advertised or what we expected. Based on our experience, I would not use New Farm Parking again.

Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. We had many people complain on arrival about the length of time they had to wait for their ride back. We have just arrived back and had to call on many many occasions and took ages to get through. Then ourselves we have been waiting ages! We called and then was told would be an hour.
The communication is awful. DO NOT use this service!!!! Wish I’d of seen reviews prior. This place needs to be shutdown asap.if I could give 1 star I would!!!

I would not recommend choosing this…
I would not recommend choosing this company for two main reasons.
Firstly, you end up paying airport parking fees each time—£13 when entering and another £13 when exiting, which adds an extra £26 to the cost. There are other companies where these additional charges can be avoided.
Secondly, be very careful about leaving any belongings in your car. I accidentally left my cap in the car, and it went missing. When I complained, the response I received was simply that I should not leave anything in the car. This response was disappointing and gave me the impression that incidents like this may not be unusual.
Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other companies, and if you do use this service, make sure you remove all personal belongings from your vehicle.

AVOID CS Parking at Stansted
CS Parking Stansted used to have the best Meet and Greet services, its now a shambles, poor communication, non uniformed and non English speaking (grunts and nods) who knows who your leaving your car with. Then on return no answer, long delays and your car being returned like its had mud poured all over it. Quite simply park yourself and get a bus to the terminal, less stress, cheaper and far quicker without some idiot moving your car

Avoid at all costs, bordering on criminal
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They failed to meet us at the Green car park as advised to do. They do t answer their phone and lie about where your car is. I had to wait from 2am - 4am with our 4 young children whilst they refused to tell us where our car was. They hang up on you a d lie about how long it takes tk bring their car to you. There were 6 other families all complaining and one car cam back with an extra 100 miles on the mileage. Finally the price isn't the price. They make you meet them in a car park which is a minimum of £13 and entry so add that to your bill when arriving and leaving. Absolutely disgusting service. I have complained to Stansted about how this company operates. No o e speaks english and they are incredibly difficult to understand and will lie to you. Avoid at all costs

Wish there was a zero star option. Hidden Fees when you arrive, they never answer their phones, totally unreliable and "shuttle" to and from airport is an absolute joke! I was told they would be there when I arrived, waited almost an hour! I took some responsibility as should have checked them out online BEFORE booking but will NEVER use them again! Everyone must avoid using this cowboy set up!!!

Shambolic. Do not be fooled. You will have to pay an extra £10 per person each way. Postcode was wrong. Cars queuing to enter from the main road. No parking spaces marked out. You are parking on a piece of wasteland. Absolute chaos. If it’s raining you have nowhere to wait in the dry. One passenger on the minibus queried whether the driver even held a licence for driving the vehicle and passengers due to the poor driving . Waited over 40 minutes to be picked up. Returned to further chaos. Lots of people waiting for their cars. One person waited over an hour. Keys not being found. Shame on Utllesford district council for allowing this site to still be operating and also the compare parking website for advertising

From the information that you have provided we believe that you were a customer of one of the following, Prime Meet & Greet, Park Spot Meet & Greet, Saver Meet & Greet, Safe Meet & Greet, Smart Meet & Greet, Go Stansted, Executive Meet & Greet, Stansted Smart Parking, Just Parking, Just Meet & Greet, Stansted Cheap Park & Ride or Swift Meet and Greet. The product name you purchased is Stansted Meet & Greet Parking and this is where the confusion starts. They have done this in a deliberate attempt to masquerade as ourselves in order to deflect any bad publicity from themselves. We have received many communications from customers who have had similar experiences as yourself. Essex Police and Uttlesford District Council are building a case against these rogue companies and our advice would be to contact both of them as well as Trading Standards. There has been extremely bad press about these companies since before Easter 2025. They operate under a number of different company names Park Pilot Ltd, SC Parking Ltd, AK Parking Ltd amongst others. The people in charge of these companies are, Aurangzaib Cheema, Mohammed Saqib, Tahir Kumar Paji, Khuram Shazad, Ateeq ur Rehman, Mansoor Khan, we understand that he has a conviction for similar practices in Manchester, Mashood Ghumman, he ran an identical operation under the name of Nationwide Cars a couple of years ago and disappeared when the police shut down his operation and Rakesh Kumar, he is the owner a number comparison sites, including the one you may have booked through. All four are aware that they are not running a legitimate service. Uttlesford District Council informed us on the 15th that they have issued an enforcement notice requiring them to vacate their illegal parking site. The company falsely advertise secure parking. Often vehicles are parked on the side of roads, keys are left in the boot of a customer's car which is not locked and they use customers vehicles to ferry their own members of staff to and from their illegal site. Their hub is the Terminus Car Park, Terminus Street, Harlow. They also use fields at The Nook Farm Industrial Estate, Bury Lodge Lane, Burton End and at New Farm, Stansted Road, Elsenham. They also run a Park & Ride Service from New Farm, Elsenham called New Farm Parking. We have footage of cars parked on residential streets around Stansted and reports from local residents. We would be glad to provide this to you should you wish to view it. Many recents posts have also appeared on local Facebook community pages. We are receiving daily complaints from customers who have suffered the same experiences as yourself. You would need to make your complaint with the booking agent but it is likely that any complaint will be ignored. If this is the case we would advise contacting your credit / debit card provider in order to issue a chargeback. If you were to make a dummy booking you will see that their product name states Stansted Meet & Greet Parking. We would be pleased to discuss this matter with you further. Most AWFUL experience ever!!! Needs shutting down ASAP!!
UNAUTHORISED car park, when I turned up they said they didn’t have my booking and ignored me he continued to play on his phone, until one lovely man come to help but they charged us £20 to drive our own car to the airport to drop us off!!
Then when arriving back in the uk they ignored our phone calls, we rang 30 times didn’t get picked up for a hour and half, the man on the phone is so rude and called my partner a word I can’t even write on here!
DONT US THESE UNLESS YOU WANT NOTHING BUT STRESS AND CAR RUINED!!
