This was by far the worst airport parking experience I have ever had.
After returning to Stansted Airport, I called at approximately 12:26 a.m. to arrange collection and was told a driver would be around 30 minutes. In reality, my family and I were left waiting around 90 minutes before we were finally picked up.
During that time, attempts to contact the company for updates were met with extremely poor customer service. Calls were disconnected, calls went unanswered, and when I eventually spoke to someone, I was treated with complete disrespect. At one point I was placed on hold without warning while trying to explain the situation.
What made this even worse was that I was travelling with my wife, my 10-month-old daughter and my 9-year-old daughter. Leaving a family stranded late at night for such a long period, while providing little to no communication, is completely unacceptable.
When I finally reached my vehicle, I discovered that the mileage had increased by approximately 10 miles and the fuel range had decreased by approximately 10 miles. My vehicle was also returned covered in mud down both sides, with mud all over the tyres. The condition was noticeably worse than when it was handed over.
After complaining, I was offered £20, which I do not feel reflects the inconvenience, poor treatment and concerns raised during this experience.
I have submitted a formal complaint and requested a full explanation regarding the delay, the additional mileage and the condition of my vehicle.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative parking providers.

Having used this company for the first time, it will definitely be the last. When they picked my car up I told the driver we would be coming back a day earlier than booked and be sure to inform the office. Upon arriving back at Bristol and contacting them to deliver my car (which took 8 phone calls for them to answer) I was informed they didn’t know who I was and they had no car with my registration. It took 20 minutes for them to understand my registration number and realise a booking for the next day. I told them I informed their driver and then they said I had to pay an early release charge of £20 to get my car back. They wouldn't bring the car until they had proof of payment. I had to transfer them the £20 and then they said the car would be with me in 20 minutes. It took an hour and the car was filthy, having obviously been parked in a muddy field. Through all the communications it was so difficult to understand them. Needless to say I will never use these useless excuses for parking services again.

They stole my rear view mirror
It's a big bad company ,When we got back at airport we had to wait 1 hour to get back our car , while I was waiting somebody from that company rang me to ask if I have a dashcam ...when that guy arrived with my girlfriend car ,He told me that some PEOPLE broke into my car, that SOMEBODY made a mess and that they stole my rearview mirror, but in fact there were several things missing, a key from another car and a chain icon for the car, the person who brought the car told me that it was none of his business and to call the office, but they don't answer the phone... DON'T LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THIS COMPANY, they are THIEVES... the window or the door wasn't broken , so , was somebody that used the key to unlock the car and to steal our things.
Do not use as very stressful experience
We called this company, when we left our house, which is 30 minutes from the airport. When arriving at the airport we had to wait nearly 1/2 hour for them to turn up and take the car. Called no end of times and met with the same response, we will be five minutes. In the end we ended up paying £29 for parking instead of the £7 leaving us with one minute to spare before being fined for being in the drop off point for over 30 minutes. When returning from our holiday, we waiting 45 minutes this time for them to arrive. Do not use as they are a terrible company

The car park is filthy, on return it was raining hard and the ground was muddy.
They asked everyone for £10 per car for the terminal parking, online it says £7. Surely it isn't more than £10 to drop off and collect when they cram the van full of travellers. We used the Luton airport A1 parking. It look ages for them to collect us.
They removed my key ring off the fob and took most of my loose change which were £2 & £1 coins.
I honestly wouldn't recommend this company and won't be using them again.

Very poor service. I called 30 minutes before arriving as instructed. I was told where to wait and that the driver would be there shortly. I then waited around 45 minutes at the Radisson Blu pick-up point. When I called again, I was told the driver was “2 minutes away”, but he still did not arrive. Customers should be given honest waiting times instead of incorrect information. After a long flight, standing outside late at night and being repeatedly told the driver is almost there is not acceptable. The transfer vehicle was old and in poor condition. On departure, I almost missed my flight because I was told to wait as there was no room in the transfer vehicle, even though I arrived on time to hand over my car. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely stressful when travelling. I would not use this service again.

We booked through this company they damaged my car, front and back. The chap onsite took images before and after and was completely aware and told me to ring the office the next day. I cannot get hold of them and they keep hanging up on me, many random trips made in the car shown on my tracker also. Also car was covered in mud. Inside and out!
They are absolutely abysmal we booked meet and greet for Bristol airport. It’s very hard to work out what the actual company was who operated the meet and greet but it looks like it was a1 parking. Currently talking to the police and citizens advice about what to do next and hopefully will be able to investigate further. Looks like it trades under GLD1 Trading Ltd, owned by a Rashid Mahmood, Queensmead Farm in Winscombe. My car now looks awful and someone needs to pay for it.

Extremely Difficult Cancellation Process – Proceed with Caution
I booked airport parking through A1 Airport Parking and shortly afterwards decided to cancel my booking after reading other customer reviews.
My experience trying to cancel and obtain a refund was extremely frustrating. Over several days I:
Sent multiple emails requesting cancellation but received no response.
Used the online chat service several times and was told my cancellation had been logged and that I would receive a refund, but I did not receive any confirmation.
Called the customer service number repeatedly. On the occasions I managed to speak with someone, I was assured that my booking would be cancelled and that I would receive confirmation and a refund within a few days. However, no confirmation arrived.
The cancellation process felt confusing and difficult to navigate. I was repeatedly directed between different channels without receiving a clear resolution.
Eventually, after making further enquiries with the parking operator, I was able to obtain confirmation that my booking had been cancelled and that a refund was being processed. At the time of writing, I am still waiting for the refund to be completed.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering booking carefully researches recent customer reviews and ensures they understand the cancellation policy before making a reservation.
My main concern is not the parking service itself, as I never actually used it, but rather the lack of communication and the difficulty I experienced when trying to cancel my booking.
I will update this review if and when the refund is successfully received.

A1 parking SCAM
. SCAM DO NOT USE !!!! It doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Absolutely disgusting. Left to wait 5 hours for car. Excuse after excuse. Found the car in the carpark we got NCP to check the reg, it hadn’t been taken out of the car park since we dropped it off 10 days ago ! Had to get someone to drive down with my spare key and a bill of £762 to get out of the car park !!!! They still have my car key and then after 5 hours wait they had the cheek to ring me and ask for £20 cash for the driver to drop the car off !!! At which point we was already in the car and driving home ! Contacted the police and before I even said the name of the company they said it to me !!! Do not use. They also operate as Executive LGW Meet and Greet as it is the same phone number. When phoning them before we found the car , still in the car park,they just swore down the phone and hanging up the phone on us . There were 2 other couples there at the same time with the same problem from the same company . If you have already booked with these companies I would rather lose the booking fee than a hefty car parking fee and stress at the end of your holiday .

When I booked, the photos online showed a normal, clean, secure parking area. In reality, the place is like a ruin — no proper asphalt, just dust, stones, mud, rubbish, and cars left in a terrible condition. It does not look like a professional parking facility at all.
They took our car somewhere else without explaining where. When we arrived, our car was not where we left it, and we had to wait around 30 minutes in the sun with our family, including a 4-year-old child and a 15-year-old child, in a dirty area surrounded by rubbish.
There was no proper shuttle service available. One of their staff even drove us to the airport in our own personal car, which is completely unacceptable.
When we returned from our trip, we had to wait another 30 minutes because the car was still not there. The vehicle looked like it had been used while we were away. I later found many other complaints online from people saying their cars were also driven and used during their holidays, and some even received fines at home while they were abroad.
There is no proper office or professional customer service. When you try to contact someone, calls are answered from Pakistan and communication is very difficult.
I would strongly advise people NOT to use this service.

I was told to park my car behind another. I got out to find a car in a sandwich bag on the floor, I handed this in and the worker didnt seem fazed that they had lost a key.
We were charged an additional £17.00 before allowing us in our transfer transport.
We got into a white mini van which looked like a building site inside. So dirty and the driving made all passengers sick. We all felt relieved to get out and still be alive.
On the way back to get collected from the airport, I rung 40mins before like its advertised. I was told 30mins and no other information. 45mins later I called to ask for details of the car and where abouts. I was rudely told driving will call you when hes really and hung up on.
Driver called 35mins later asking where I was. Explained the floor level and the parking letter. 20mins later he turned up calls me and asked where I am, to the find him at a different letter completely and we were told to come to him as it was too busy for him to drive over to us.
When we arrived at the car, the car was parked in the middle of the dusty tracks with my keys on the windscreen for anyone to take and the car thick with dust. Would have looked cleaner after a sand storm.
One couple we traveled back to the car park with, the company had lost the car keys to their car. Felt awful for them.
Would never use again and do not recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LOST CAR KEYS. Worst parking experience I have ever had. There was nothing professional or safe about any part of this service.
When we dropped the car off for our airport transfer, they immediately took my keys. On our return, they completely forgot to pick us up. We called the company repeatedly on every number they provided, no answer at all. Two hours later, we finally got a message saying someone was on their way.
We were then collected in a dodgy van with a door that didn’t even close properly and was literally tied shut with rope. When we arrived back, they informed me they had lost my car keys and couldn’t find them anywhere. We ended up waiting seven hours for a locksmith, and they still haven’t located my original keys.
I’ve sent two complaint emails with no acknowledgement. When I called the main line, a rude man put me on hold and then hung up on me.
To make things worse, my car smelled strongly of cigarettes, had clearly been driven, and was left messy, dirty and with a sticky steering wheel.
Absolutely furious. Do not use this company.

Booked the meet and greet service had to wait for the guy to get there despite multiple phone calls from A1 confirming when we would be there. This resulted in us having to pay more on the ticket. Rang when returning to the UK; they told us 40 minutes (we had rang from baggage claim as unstructured) instead we had to wait an hour. When I spoke to them on the phone and explained that you shouldn’t call it meet and greet the guy simply chuckled, said it would be a further 15 minutes and put the phone down.

Bristol airport are aware of the fraud being committed and the police involved but somehow still allow them to trade at their airports. They have been asked to leave according to the airport on a number of occasions.
Mercades damaged, car seats all removed and an additional 60 miles on the clock!
