Absolutely shocking booked a car park night before flight to realise I booked Heathrow instead of Gatwick I quickly tried to ring them continuously busy tried days also sent emails which kept bouncing back until I eventually 2 days later I managed contact to be told I was too late for refund I wrote email back to explain I had a paper trail etc still waiting to hear back.

when we got there, we were greeted with signs for "NO AIRPORT PARKING HERE" reported to the police, the ombudsman and disputed with my bank, I can't believe their website is allowed to be up still
Absolutely do not use I paid extra for meet and greet they was 30 minutes late for collection which cost me additional £16 on top of the £7 drop off fee you have to pay and on return I called to tell them I was back the guy on phone said you’re car just left compound and will be with you in 5-10 minutes… 2 hours later still no car and several phone calls later I was told to get on a shuttle bus which they demanded £10 extra for the journey per person which I explained several times I paid for meet and greet but they hung up on me from start to finish they was very rude and not helpful at all avoid!!!!

Booked and paid for the Meet and Greet Bristol in March for our 2 week holiday in June. Phoned the company as instructed on the way to the airport to be to told they had no record of the booking. They put the phone down on me 3 times. On my fourth call they demanded a photo shot of the parking invoice despite me already having giving them the booking Ref no. Not easy when in the car. Eventually they instructed a driver to meet us and collect our car at Bristol airport Short Stay car park exit. With two heavy bike bags, the transfer was unnecessarily difficult. The Drop and Go facility is much nearer.
On returning home, I again had to convince them that I had a booking and would like my car returned, which it was eventually an hour after the first request. Their written information regarding extra charges was totally wrong and reflected the ‘drop and go’ charges not the ‘meet and greet.’ One both occasions the drivers were polite and offered help.
Luckily, the car was returned undamaged but the stress caused by the company’s poor administration has convinced me never to rely on Compare Parking Deals again. DO NOT USE - GLD1 Trading LTD. They have proved unreliable.

We were taken to the airport in a land cruiser, which had empty beer cans in the rear footwells and had another companys writing on the side, and I suspected this was another customers car.
On the way back I called ahead (as requested) and it was another 40 minutes sat waiting until we were collected from the airport.
This time we were picked up in a blue shuttle and the landcruiser was parked up in all the other customer cars when we get back so make of that what you will.
Drivers were nice and polite.
They are the most reasonable but there is an additional 13£ charge before they will transfer you which is easy to miss on the email.
The transfer times aren't quick so if you don't mind waiting it's not an issue.
Based on our experience we wouldn't use again.
Charged twice & no correspondence from them after emailing to request a refund. Having to go through my bank to try and hopefully get my money back.
On my day of return, i called to collect my van, and the chap on the phone told me he didn’t have any booking under my name or registration plate, we were back & forth on the phone for about 10 minutes and i was obviously quite panicked at this point. Then suddenly he found it, but no apology for the confusion. I wouldn’t use again.
I paid for a weeks parking and provided my drop off and collection times as well our outbound and return flight numbers. On our return, I was charged an additional 20 pounds because your records allegedly showed my collection time as 10.30 am rather than pm. I do not believe this charge was fair due to the following reasons: My booking confirmation simply states arrival date and time it does not specify whether it is AM or PM. You required my return flight number when I made the booking. If there was any uncertainty about my collection time I would expect you use the flight information you requested to verify my arrival time. I received no telephone call, text or voicemail from your company to confirm we were late. My booking confirmation contains no reference to a late 20 pound collection charge, or any explanation on when such a charge would apply. I think it would be better to also add the extra charges of 8.50 airport barrier charges to the original booking, and you took the same charge from every seperate group traveling in the same van, which would equate to a lot more than you are spending to get in and out of the airport for the drop off, I will never use this company again, I just do not Trust them.
I asked for a receipt as nothing came through with the booking. No answer. So i can't claim my expenses.
As we arrived, we were greeted by nothing more than a portacabin and a dirt track. There was nobody at reception, and a large number of people were waiting for the transfer bus. We were only informed after booking that the transfer bus came at an additional cost, which was very disappointing. On top of that, the bus only runs every 30 minutes.
Shortly after we arrived, three members of staff appeared, but unfortunately they were not particularly welcoming or reassuring. Overall, I didn't feel comfortable with the setup and certainly didn't feel confident leaving my car there, so I decided not to use the service.
Awful experience! Had to give 30 mins and driver was still 15 mins late so I missed my train to london. Also not made clear at time of booking that there is an additional £26 charge at the airport, £13 drop off and £13 pickup. Had I known this I would have booked the meet and greet parking which would have been cheaper and more convenient without need to wait or pay additional fees
Be aware complete scam- they’ll charge you for meet and greet parking and then let you know just before arrival that the car park is shut and send you to a location 10 minutes away that requires a shuttle service to the airport while still charging you and advertising as the meet and greet service. Avoid at all cost.
Awful experience. Gave return flight info, called when flight landed at 2:15pm. Car wasn't returned to me until 5pm. It was emptied of fuel, and there was nobody there, the keys had been left on the front tyre. Trying to get a refund, do not use this company.
