I paid $75, (25 monthly) for a streaming service that was very poor. I tried watching Rugby World Cup highlights and most of the time it just buffered and I wasn't able to watch the highlights. Would not recommend

I only have Stan for the rugby. its hopeless. It often freezes in matches I watch. I was watching England vs Argentina and it shut down with error A17.I tried all the fixes recommended which didn't work. Stan late advised AFTER THE MATCH FINISHED THST THEY HAD FIXED THE ISSUE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Good Sport Variety and Grass roots too.

The worst, coverage, such bad commentators no coverage of teams.really really bad, can not wait until they loose coverage of sports

Stay away from Stan!!!!

Constant technical issues with their TV app & no help or support from them. I’ve now cancel my subscription & lodged formal complaint, seeking refund.

Best to go to other more reliable streaming networks.

Don't bother - horrible customer support

I tried to cancel my service. They told me they couldn't because I had used the service on 12/9/23. When I checked this was the date my account was paid up till.

This is completely dishonest. I asked for.my money back and they won't give it back.

Shameful service and refusing to give back my money when they have no right to it, but falsely tell me they do.

All they seem to do is argue with paying customers. And tell lies.

I will never be a customer again and will tell my friends to stay away.

We never get to see full rugby videos after matches were played. Stan seemingly auto records matches for 2hrs 32min. Most games with a build-up hour is short recorded and Stan still do not seem to learn from this. Very disappointing and sub standard sport channel. Australia needs to re-assess the licensing requirements for sports broadcasters or sport channels.

Horrible customer service and poor choice of movies.

Watched some great shows over the years, my latest was French episodes highly recommend

If I could I'd give minus 5 stars. Streaming is pretty bad. I am watching a movie and the connection droppes every 2 minutes. They should pay us (good money) to sign up for this horrible service. 😝

Terrible video quality that happens constantly to be pixelated and doesn't improve no matter what you do (even when video quality is on `High')

At first I thought stan was ok. But after I dumped foxtel I subscribed to netflix / prime / disney + / paramount /
Apple tv and yes even binge. Binge is foxtel at a fraction of the cost. But stan is the only service that fails/ always buffering. If it was my internet wouldn't the rest of my subs do the same ? We all know NBN is garbage but I'm at a constant 50mbs this is more then enough. Stan tech support 😂🤯 expect the customer to jump through hoops with no result. I'm guessing stan has changed to cheaper servers or they have a serious streaming bottle neck system and refuse to do anything about it fools leading fools.
Eventually there poor service will catch up with them like telstra / Foxtel

Stan sports does not work on Samsung TVs. Their tech and support teams are rude and could not care less. Stan is ruining rugby in Australia

I love the Australian content! I do not see this in any other streaming service that I have other than ABC iView and SBS OnDemand. The latest "Totally completely fine" is funny and well written Thank you.

Let's you pay the subscription for non AUS but doesn't let you watch. Biggest scam of the century

Overpriced. The standard subscription went up $2. And now today the sports add on has gone up by $5.
So for the Standard subscription it now costs $31 a month.
The content available does not match the price.
Sports coverage is slack and lags.

I subscribed via paypal and their "stream now" remained grey. I couldn't click. Pretty sketchy to me. I contacted paypal about this. I want to make sure they haven't collected personal info from me. Furthermore, their "if you have any questions about privacy" email is not even valid!

This service is expensive and pathetic with very limited titles avaliable. There are so many better products at better value with 10 times the library of stan. Mostly reruns and old titles.

I cancelled and they autocharged me $21 for the product and refuse to refund my money.

Dealing with what the call customer support is pathetic and frustrating.

Stay away from this rip off company

Realised when looking at PayPal that Stan have continued to charge me despite a deactivated account since 2018. I have evidence the account ceased in 2018 & continued billing. Contacted both Stan & PayPal to stop the billing & that they have taken over $600 of unauthorised deductions. Stan has not responded to PayPal nor me. Stan needs to be held accountable for this illegal practice. I have contacted Consumer Affairs for advice.
