I am so disappointed in Stan. My husband is on a pension. They are still taking out their monthly fee when it was cancelled five months ago and you can’t get anybody.
We’ve never even watched it the robbers.

I entered my bank details and they took there amount for the subscription and now can't log in

Its been over a year since we had Stan and just signed up to realise there isn't really any new content. Just heaps newly added old movies. Within 20mins of searching I can see we wasted our money as I can't see a single thing worth watching. Should really be able get a refund as we haven't watched anything, but no. The business model looks to be designed to pretend to sell pastries but only give stale crumbs with no customer satisfaction.

Got Stan and was charged for sport, cancelled immediately no refund. A joke

I've been with Stan for over 6 years. For the most part there's nothing to watch but I kept the service going as my wife likes to watch reruns of Will & Grace occasionally.

I recently had an email saying to update my card or my service will be discontinued (after payment had been taken). When I queried it I received nothing but smartarse responses, even gaslighting telling me that I received the email the day before. I mean, I have the timestamp of the email, and I find myself getting lied to by a streaming service lol!

I would have kept it going but not with awful customer service like that you have got to be kidding me. They're more interested in trying to prove the customer wrong than provide actual service.

I signed up to STAN to check the selections and it was not very good, so I decided to cancel the subscription. Not only they charge $17 per month, but they also charge $20 for cancellation, including writing a letter (another wasted time and effort). Who charges cancellation now adays for movies subscription? Never again, what a complete waste of money that was. DON'T EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. Just use FREEVIEW which is much better than this subscription.

Genuinely the worst streaming platform to exist. The Stan sport package is so bad it’s not even worth watching the games. You can’t, it constantly buffers and lags. And my internet is fine everything else works completely fine. Their highlight reals are the most half arsed videos you will ever watch. Please give the football rights back to Optus so we can all watch our football in peace and happiness. You’ll be doing everyone a favour

Last night I was trying to find out what it cost to get a new Stan plan and I clicked ‘Reacivate Account’ expecting to be given further options. But it simply charged me $12 to my credit card without further options or confirmation Really poor and deceptive business practice. I would give a zero if I could.

Absolutely appalling that you have to buy subscribe to stan in order to get stan sports which the minimum offer is 27$…. I just want to watch the football… and on top of that the connection is so bad and constantly buffers and some of the camera angles at time are terrible…. I wish i could give this lower then 1 star

I have fibre, even if you watch Stan sport replays it drops out, rubbish, complete rubbish

separate sport to a standalone offering. Forcing people to buy a basic package for loads of garbage they don't want and then charging them again to add sport as an extra is a really bad plan

Trying to unsubscribe from Stan is almost impossible. I have spent so much time on this issue with no result. VERY frustrating 😡

Why is your programming so short of good programs. I have not seen anything good on Stan since Yellowstone finished. Shameful choices. I will not renew.

Appalling coverage from start to finish!!! Could not hear the sound of spectators, public announcements or even the starters gun because the commentators are an order of magnitude louder!! Never got to feel the olympic atmosphere at any time throughout the entire coverage!!!

Signed up for Olympic coverage as I thought the commentary would be better. No commentary at all on most of the replays. Absolutely rubbish.

It's annoying that you need to pay for Stan and Stan Sport when I only want to watch the Olympics. I feel that Stan has over subscribed and doesn't have sufficient capacity. I frequently am unable to login on my TV and I regularly get booted out usually at a crucial stage in an event ( especially as it can take forever to get back in. I feel as though I've been robbed.

I subscribe to STAN and added the Olympic component at extra cost to watch the Gymnastics. An Australian qualified for the All round final. I did not see her once perform any of her routines. She was not shown at all even though she was in the Top 10. I got to see competitors from other countries a few times but didn't get to see Ruby Pass from Australia even once. If STAN wants Australian subscriptions, they need to give a more rounded broadcast that features a mixture of competitors. I am so annoyed!! I am considering cancelling my full subscription altogether.

Been using Stan for years with no issues. Latest update has broken it. Olympics impossible to watch, freezes and hangs, rugby and other sports doing the same. KAYO here I come.

I’m sitting here trying to watch the Olympics and the streaming is horrible. I have to keep rebooting my modem and turn my tv off and on. This is just nuts.
My internet is not slow and my tv is relatively new and I do not have this issue with any other streaming service. Beyond horrible.
I am about ready to discontinue STAN altogether.

Horrible glitchy service that requires you to log out and log in constantly.
Promotes its self as the Olympic channel and the asks. Subscribers to pay MORE for the privilege.
The people in charge have lost their minds.
