And Stan will wonder why no one signs up for Stan Sports to watch everything at the Olympics. I found it impossible. I was directed back to the Apple TV app and couldn’t find any options. We want to watch the people we know competing.
So frustrating.

Half the programs cant be viewed from my tv. Just says add to my list and that doesnt work. Its rubbish. I will seek a refund

Why is Stan Sport an add-on? I'm only interested in sports, so it feels unfair to bundle it with movies. I'm tired of juggling multiple streaming services.

It's frustrating how sports are divided across different platforms – Premier League on Optus, Serie A on Bein, and needing Stan for Olympics and Tennis, not to mention paying extra for sports add-ons. It feels like they're taking advantage of us.

Why can't Stan Sport offer a sports-only option? It seems like they're prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction.

I'm over it I've just watched another test match ( nz v eng) which once again was extremely dissappointing in its dismal coverage, 10 minutes to go I have to watch with substandard picture before it breaks down altogether with un watchable coverage (other internet services are unaffected), I have to put up with constant pop ups telling me about things I will probably never be interested in
I have spoken to Stan support about on demand super rugby games jumping ahead by about 40 mins thereby spoiling the game and its outcome
they said there was a problem with LG TV's that they were addressing, but this has been happening for over 3 years with no change in poor performance
and then there's the spoilers, I sit down to watch a few games only to be told the result before I even watch the game
All this for only $31 for a month, as I said, You have to be joking
maybe you could let another channel cover it that knows what they are doing

Awful!! Rugby coverage constantly pausing. Least enjoyable sporting experience ever. (And I’m a spurs fan!!)

I reactivated for my husband to watch rugby. But you have ti pay base payment and extra for sports. So so disappointed. I cancelled after rugby season ended. Guess what the movies are just about the same, the changes are more old movies, most are crap anyway, sex, horror and old ridiculous movies. Never again. I'm in until the 05/08 & then cancelling for good. Whar a depressing selection. Sharpen up Stan.

Mistakenly thought premium included sports. After realising it didn’t, I asked would it be possible to switch to the basic package with the sports add on.
Stan switched my subscription to basic, however never offered me credit or sports.

I now have a basic subscription, despite paying for a premium.

Very poor customer service. I will not be using this service again.

I cancelled 6 months ago. My Stan account record clearly lists a cancellation request date & subsequent subscription cancelled date (along with all dates of payment). I have just realised they continued to charge monthly. My account record shows a re-subscription date 3 weeks after I cancelled. Stan Support replied saying no request to cancel had been requested!

So I have to pay for Stan basic before I can add sport( grand slam tennis2024) so the minimum I can pay is $27.00- hmm well I think I should be receiving premium viewing options - instead Stan is SUPER slow at uploading overnight matches . You’d think I could pick any match from the day before & watch I a full replay the next morning but no Stan says all matches are available within 24 hours that’s too slow because by that time the next days play has already started Stan is way overpriced & service is unsatisfactory

I used Stan once but old movies and series from free tv were not inspiring so I cancelled. Now I use Words with Friends and ugly footballers appear to promote Stan and it takes forever to get out of the ad. I will never use Stan and I despise their propaganda. Surely people who play Words with Friends are not football freaks. Wrong demographic you fools.

There are no captions on any of Stan sport. this is disability discrimination.

Sh.t company. Sh.t service. Sh.t customer engagement. If you want to waste your money watch out for the Stan business model. They will sign you up and then deduct monies from your account without your authorisation. They will not refund. They will not engage with their customers. Poor streaming service.

Stan rely on people not checking their bank accounts, so they can continue deducting funds.

If the service is not being used than the billing should stop. 

Stan has the technology to monitor and alert customers but they would rather take the monies. It relies on the surreptitious access to your account each month to deduct monies and your forgetfulness.

That's the definition of a scam and it's a fraud perpetrated on thousands of customers in Australia. When a company is using it's systems in this way under the guise that you have somehow accepted their behaviour by agreeing to their policies - well that's THeFT.

We worry about overseas romance scams - we'll this one is based in AUSTRALIA.

Stan entertainment are going to steal and cheat using their business model. It's impacting thousands of customers and involves millions of dollars - money taken out of bank accounts for services which are not being used.

First of all they're charging me 31 dollars per month for crap they added sport which went from 21 dollars to 31 I ain't happy at the end of this month I am closing my stan account 31 bucks per month daylight robbery I would not recommend signing up to stan if you're a new user Not Happy Jan

I only paid for Stan in January to watch "BUMP",completely forgot to cancel it.

I explained this to customer service after it took another payment out and I asked if because I've not watched anything on it can I get a refund...

Basically said it was in the terms and conditions so no

I accidentally didn’t see it was not available for Spain and when I tried to login to unsubscribe I couldn’t. I forgot about it and got charged. Since it was my fault I just emailed them to cancel the subscription asap. Now what I didn’t expect is that not only did they respond fast, they also told me they would refund me as I wasn’t able to use it. So I can’t tell you anything about Stan except that their customer service is marvelous! Thanks again Liam :)

I never signed up for this service, since I live in the US and not Australia. Nevertheless, they charged my credit card monthly for about two years, and I never saw any emails or notifications. When I finally tracked them down and complained, they demanded all kinds of documentation that would prove to them that I am the account owner. I get the impression that they have poor fraud control, and they are not customer-friendly at all. They just want to charge your card.
This must happen to many people, because their customer support has a whole section for these complaints. But clicking through the support options leads to a circle and is confusing. You actually never reach a real person, it's just email-based.
I suggest to avoid this service.

Uh horrible, une fois créé ton compte, tu ne peux plus te connecter, même une fois l'abonnement pris. RIP, des gros scammeur
