If there was 0 stars for Stan customer service I would give it. The only way to contact them is via a support email which stated they will respond within 30 minutes. Not only did they respond two hours later, but the response didn’t address my concern so I had to reply to their email and now I’ve been waiting more than 3 hours and still no response. I have now sent multiple emails with no response. How the hell am I meant to get my Stan working when I literally can’t even get in contact with someone to help me!!! This is literally the worst customer service and support I’ve ever seen.
Stan No post match interviews
Stan is currently the only streaming service showing the rugby matches, but that is about the only reason to subscribe to Stan. Their choice of what to show is shocking. They often do not show the post match interviews, deciding that it is more important for viewers to watch some opinions from the studio. Shocking.

really bad streaming provider, platform just straight up doesn't work and customer support are useless. It's frustrating; they have a good selection of content but it's literally impossible to use. My Stan is currently refusing to play any audio, has been for the past ten days, Stan customer support are insisting it's fixed. It's definitely not.
Don't bother, try a different streaming provider.

Signed up for Stan Sport via Optus Hub. Was told I would receive $10 discount as per promotion but yet still being charged $32 a month. Support has gone quiet and not responding to emails.

Took Stan deal on 1 free month offer of sports & HD *although I did not want either*. I'd picked Basic as my plan choice for after month but they kept charging me $27.00 when the Basic plan is $12.00. They have no phone contact no. & do not respond when you contact support
which I did repeatedly. Feels like I've been scammed. Now cancelled.

With a 1-star rating and an 89% disapproval rating, one wonders why on earth those geniuses at Trustpilot don't have an "AVOID AT ALL COSTS" notice affixed over this bucket shop operation - I guess TRUSTPILOT

Poor streaming speed, movies constantly buffering. Netflix, kayo and prime have never had this issue so not an internet issue.

This is the worst streaming service in the history of streaming services! Also the most expensive. Buffering, freezing, dropping out, restarting, rebooting, and then doing it all again. Don't ever try & watch a sporting event on it live!
If I wanted to watch ads
If I wanted to watch ads, I can do that on regular television. I refuse to pay for a service that's double dipping by charging to use a service, then ramming ads in my face.

Stan - Fix your software! Last night, watching the rugby half an hour delayed, the stream ends half way in the second half and we get the post match interviews with the final score. Happened last week too!
Either provide a service or get out of this business because what you are providing is woeful and unacceptable.
Stan customer support is WOEFUL
Stan customer support is WOEFUL! Haven't been able to use STAN since A25 error code. One email from support telling me to do what I'd already done.... then crickets! Another response two days later to say it's been referred to tech support... still nothing. Made numerous requests they refund last months' payment & we'll cancel subscription, still no response!
Not impressed and won't be back.
Scam! Avoid!
I signed up for free month trial offer, and I cancelled the same day to ensure I was not renewed "at the standard monthly price". However after the free month trial ended I was charged $37, as the plan was upgraded to the highest cost including sport add on. After numerous communication with accounts support they claim it wasn't cancelled, and refuse to refund the $37. Logically, if it wasn't cancelled, it should have carried over to a entry level plan, and have the option to cancel immediately, not one month from now. Shady business practices. I'll be following up with the ACCC

Fact: If a live Rugby game is not completely finished, I.E. Live, YOU CANNOT GO IN TO THE STREAM AND FAST FORWAD WITHOUT AN ISSUE, I.E. FAIL STAGGERING, TIMING OUT, only when STAN has an actual repeat of the said telecast, that has finished the live telecast can you view and skip the beginning to the actual game and even fast-forward, shame on you STAN, you should have refunded for this issue. Kayo does not have the same issue, never has, but us Rugy fans pay a premium. This will be "for sure pasted on Reedit and Rugby platforms Rugby Planet etc.. Where is is my refund for this BS service

Poor video quality. Might cause eye soreness. Movie collection isn't competitive enough. Overly expensive.
Evil - tv series
Stan only has 3 seasons of a particular show - Evil. There were 4 seasons produced. My question was what is the point of this? It's frustrating that if I want to watch Season 4, I have to go to Paramount Plus. This means that I will cancel Stan.

I have just found out that Stan has been charging me for 3 years for a subscription I didn't want and cancelled after the trial period. After I cancelled and stopped the service it no longer was available on my TV or phone and yet was still charged for it from 2022 till hopefully now 2025 one thousand dollars later cyber trickery BS .
Does not connect more often than it does.
Stan continually sends messages on no internet connection, when Netflix, Prime, Apple all working perfectly. Sick of wasting money on them!

I pay for Stan, am watching and it goes off, says no internet connection. Yet every other subscription service works fine, Binge, Kayo. Apple, Netflix. So clearly it is not my internet connection. It is the hopeless, ripoff Stan that is the issue. Give my money back.
