I got through one MAFS and the second one is pausing every few minutes - won't play. Don't have this issue on any other app. Just watched an entire Netflix movie because Stan was pausing. Came back to Stan after movie. Shame crap.

I wouldn’t leave any stars if I could.
Signed up for stan sport, cost $42 a month to watch the north London derby and commentary was delayed and lagged.

Stan don’t have a contact number, so only email is available as a form of contact, that way they can ignore you.

Bring back Optus

Ads for a paid service is not on. Will go back to the high seas once it finishes up.

Renewed subscription yesterday for 30 days tried to watch series an movies kept buffering every 60 seconds very annoying changed to Netflix No issue at all same with Apple
Emailed Stan to advise of issues sent pics etc plus speed test as they requested and they are still asking me to do things like bank up my info only have an iPhone can’t do that
It is clear they want me to jump through hoops and not refund the $22.00 Stan has changed never used to be like this if you had an issue it was resolved immediately or they credited your account
Will not subscribe again as it is clear it’s an issue with their streaming end and they simply do not want to acknowledge it very disappointed

Totally disappointed with Stans coverage or lack of coverage of the Winter Olympics. I can see better coverage on Channel 9. A complete waste of money.

Random disconnections. Then takes ages to connect again when you are disconnected. Skips quite a lot also.

Will be cancelling after this season of prem league.

New series Memory of a killer. This is just bad! Corny script. Every cliche in the book from the lines, the expressions of the actors to way lines given. The dialogue. The acting, unfortunately Patrick Dempseys is the worst. Why is Stan showing it when a premium is paid in order to watch supposed better content? Don't waste your time, no effort given. If the producers obviously cant be bothered, why should the consumer? Obviously sh*t! Everybody involved would have known With those scripts how can the acting be any good? Yet the main charater, who most certainly has done far better work seems content to blunder on,, why?,,,. Dont watch.! Or, I told you so!

Stan sport continuously buffering, unwatchable. Extra charge for Sports package !! Did not pay for extra commercials!! Terrible Service. !!

Stan has started putting Ads into it's paid subscriptions.

I’m very disappointed that Stan has started including advertising within the sport subscription. I’m not willing to pay for a service that charges a full subscription fee and then still subjects customers to advertising — it feels like double dipping.

Had I known that Stan planned to introduce advertising into a paid subscription, I would never have signed up.

Avoid this company like the plague !! I cancelled my membership and they have CONTINUED to charge me for the next 4 months. Buffering all the time too. Hate them !!

Added sports without our consent gauging us an extra $20 a month.

The absolute worst. Constant buffering during normal tv shows. Literally a one second buffer every 10 seconds. Infuriating. Never happens during Netflix, Disney, Amazon prime, foxtel go, kayo etc etc. Sort it out

Literally the worst service ever received. I canceled my account, they then put it back on and continued to charge me and when I contacted them for a refund and finalised cancellation, they returned 1 of the 3 months after 10 emails back and forth. They play dumb, go around in circles and ignore your concerns until eventually you give up or they just make the choice for you. Waste of time dealing with them. I’d just email them the issue and then go straight to ACCC and fair work NSW.

I dont even want to put one star . You took my money for all thistime all I can watch is a black screen no matter what the title says. Everything is black ; in this new year please I dont want to see this screen ever again in my life.

During live EPL games I get regular millisecond glitches/stops, movies are fine, sport panel shows are fine, every other streaming service is fine, Netflix. Prime Disney but live football games present this issue and Stan cannot explain. Ive reset everything but it cannot be my internet, 700mbps surely enough. I think ACCC will need to hear about this and give me a partial refund

Happy to pay the $50 to watch a fight night but they make you need to sign up to a monthly plan. Then you have the hassle of trying to turn the plan off as they increase the prices. You should be able to just watch PPV. Looks like I’ll watch the replay on YouTube and save my $50

The most pathetically useless streaming service around. They have a monopoly on rugby coverage in Australia meaning you are compelled to use it if you want to watch the rugby, it routinely gives issues with logging into my account and account verification which has prevented me from using the service on more than one occasion, Stan Sport can only come as an add-on to their normal service meaning you have to pay a minimum of around $30-35 a month even if you only use it for the rugby, and then on top of that, EVERY single game I’ve watched through the service has experienced this varying degrees of lagging, resolution issues or has flat out frozen indefinitely which defeats the entire purpose for having the service, and i’m not just talking live coverage, even replays that are weeks old have frozen and refused to play. The amount they charge for what little they provide is essentially theft.

I’ve added Stan Sport to my base package at an extra cost of $17 (now totalling $37 per month) so I can watch EPL games. But this service is absolutely appalling with constant interruptions and buffering during games not live and during replays!! I am now considering cancelling the subscription as Stan obviously won’t do anything about this (so many 1 star reviews saying so). Rubbish streaming service and I don’t have any issues with any other service.

Constant log ins two to three times a week at the worst possible times...lack of good movie content, it's really dismal.. This used to be good but what has happened??
Don't bother with this streaming service. Not worth all the issues & they don't care trying to fix them.

I’ve watched the All Blacks replays the last two weekends and Stan has put in forced ads on sporting replays that get longer after each break. Before kick off I was forced to watch 2 minutes of ads, at haft time 3 minutes of ads and at full time 3 1/2 minutes of ads. Why am I paying a subscription fee if I am being forced to watch ads on replayed sport??!!

I had issues with my wifi for one of the games(which is not stans fault) but each time my connection dropped out I was then forced again and again to watch the same ads pointing out I am paying for this service.

And when I reached out to stan they simply said they have introduced ads from July.

I’ll be cancelling.
