So Energy installed my solar…

So Energy installed my solar a few months ago and i'm Sooo happy with the system. The So team were extremely helpful and supportive in designing my array, and the final install was very smooth. With energy prices looking to head up, i'm very glad that I was able to install solar now (helped by the 0% 3year loan that So Energy also provided me with).

Efficient refund

I phoned customer service to request a refund as I had accumulated a large credit balance while my house was unoccupied while I was having some renovations done, the agent I spoke to Bradley was friendly and professional, he arranged a full refund in a very efficient manner, without any drama.

Underhand tatics on meters by So-energy

They have tried to persuade us to get a smart meter for years. They are now trying to bully us or con us into having a new meter. They say this is to meet net-zero targets. I have told them I have no wish to meet net-zero targets. The meters are crap, my brother got one no bill for six months, likewise my neighbour. The real reason for this con is to control your account and control your supply. I have just contacted Cctopus for a quote I'm off

Amazing service

We have been with so energy for a fair few years now and they have been nothing but supportive . They never judge they listen and are always willing to help us everyone we have spoken too are polite and caring we can’t fault them at all .
