Falkirk Branch Chloe Campbell

Wanted to change our cabin on our cruise for later in the year and Chloe Campbell from the Falkirk branch has been very helpful and given me helpful information on our Bali pre cruise stay.
I believe good service deserves a mention as much as bad service

Fridge Freezer not freezing

Excellent service engineer arrived on time very pleasant and helpful. Had txt day before with a time slot and a txt on the day to say the engineer was on their way.
Engineer explained what the fault was unfortunately unrepairable
Would definitely recommend this company
