Resolution of a complaint

I had issues with So Energy concerning taking meter readings. The company took out a complaint on my behalf, which was dealt with by Debbie. In her hands the issue was dealt with efficiently and effectively. Throughout Debbie remained in close contact, answering my Emails quickly and keeping me up to date on progress. Thank you so much Debbie
