Took well over a month to move to an EV…

Took well over a month to move to an EV tariff but all issues were addressed after I made a customer complaint. During the issue I made quite a few calls to customer services and most were super helpful but 1 or 2 didn’t really care or seem bothered about the problem. All sorted though and my only complaint now like everyone else is the cost of energy these days!

It’s great when it works!

It’s great when it works!
I purchased a smart sim and paid for a year’s contract. Personally I found it very difficult to set up and it caused some issues with connection. I reached out to Honest Mobile and they were super helpful in solving the problem. I’m still having issues every now and then but I’m hoping it will get better with time. I personally bought it to roam in Japan whilst on holiday but it wasn’t brilliant unfortunately with lots of connection errors. Only time will tell if it improves.

I have been on holidays before arranged and organised by Sarah but this recent holiday was super important as it was a once in a lifetime trip to Japan for me and my son and wow Sarah didn’t let us down. Everything from flights to hotels to trains and lounges that were booked through Sarah were perfect! 🤩 Sarah has an eye for detail and takes care of everything….she is amazing! Thank you so much for everything you do Sarah.

Perfection in Parfum!

Love, love, love Piccadilly Nights. Received my bottle today and I would recommend everyone to buy this scent. I sprayed it initially on the back of my hand and was instantly gripped by its appeal. It is prestigious and addictive with all the notes following you everywhere you go. Top, top fragrance Mr Jury and thank you brother for creating it.

Having had my Bibo unit for quite a…

Having had my Bibo unit for quite a while now I feel I'm now experienced enough to provide this honest review.

All in all the Bibo unit has been very reliable only breaking down a couple of times since I have had it over the last 3 years which in my hard water area is pretty impressive. I love the convenience of hot or cold filtered water on tap and it has not only made my life easier for the relative low cost per month but also has increased my water consumption which is good for my health.

Now to the company....

I love Bibo as they are so customer friendly and orientated. Yes there was once a supply issue regarding the filters etc but that's not really the fault of Bibo more of a supplier problem. Poppy and the team at Bibo are so helpful whenever I call and when they say they will follow up on something they do. I love them because they give me a feeling I'm part of the Bibo family which is nice.

The Engineers....

The 2 times I have had to have an engineer come out these appointments have been attended by Jason. Let me tell you what this guy does not know about water systems is not worth knowing. Here are a few words to describe him...Intelligent, confident, polite, customer focused and to top it all a damn nice bloke!

Summary....

I am a very happy customer of Bibo and I'm sure I will remain one. I would be interested in at some point updating my machine when there is a newer model available but for the time being I'm loving my Bibo experience.

Thanks for everything Bibo and keep up the good work.

Easy to book and got a confirmed appointment early after paying the excess fee (which was quite low) Thank you to the Homeserve guy that attended my home and fixed the problem. He was polite and knew exactly what he was doing.

Outstanding customer service from Sophie and the team at the Queensgate, Peterborough branch. From start to finish the experience was excellent and a pleasure to deal with someone that really knew about watches. Ordered a hoodie for my son and he was super excited and was looking forward to receiving it. 5 days later and it hadn't shipped so I emailed them and got this response.
I i'm seeing that your order has not been shipped out once it's going to be dispatch you will receive an shipping conformation. Eventually the item was shipped but when it arrived it was a tshirt and not the hoodie I ordered and paid £60 for. I emailed them again and received this response.

This was my first and hopefully only…

This was my first and hopefully only experience of purchasing an alarm system for my property.

My experience so far has been first class. The installers were fantastic led by Terry Popely from the Peterborough branch although being honest as I am the last explanation part of how the system works was a bit rushed but I understand these guys are busy. The aftersales service has been brilliant so far too. I contacted customer service as I couldn't get the app working on my partners phone turns out I told her to install the wrong app so beware of that. I spoke to Luke today that gave me a courtesy call as it was a new install and confirmed the set up which was all correct and he answered a few queries for me....Nice guy. I do feel more comfortable knowing that my property is protected to a good level and confident that Verisure are there every step of the way. Thanks Verisure so far so good!

Ordered a box of 25 lateral flow tests…

Ordered a box of 25 lateral flow tests and got only 20 individual lateral flow tests, I paid for next day service. I complained via the text chat and was told 5 more would be sent but so far nothing has arrived. Seems like another company that loves taking your money but fails to deliver the goods. I find it unbelievable that these companies are still allowed to trade when they don't provide the service you pay for!

Second attempt at buying a car after being Carzammed!

For those that have read my review about Carzam this is my second attempt at buying a car now through Big Motoring World. First issue which is the admin fee has kindly been sorted by Ken, the finance manager from Peterborough. I will keep you updated as I go. UPDATE: Just spoke to Emily from Big Motoring World regarding some issues that I have encountered, how refreshing that someone actually wants to speak to you and take on-board your feedback...Extra star earned because of Emily...thank you.

UPDATE: I went to pick up my car last Friday 20th May from Big Motoring World, Fengate, Peterborough. I was helped through the process by Josh and all seemed well as he quickly busied himself by contacting the finance company to secure an email of confirmed finance which he said when he got that I was good to go. Later around 11am he came out to me and apologised for the wait but bingo! had received the email confirming the funds were available and all was good. He then apologised and said he could not let me have the car until the funds had cleared in Big Motoring Worlds account. It turns out that because I arranged my own finance they could not accept the email even though it was from one of their panel of lenders. He had escalated it to the top guy who was at the branch at the time but he refused to let me take the car until the money was in their account. So why is this? A confirmed panel lender......A confirmed broker. It turns out as explained to me by the Manager Adam that they don't want you to seek your own finance as my APR was considerably less than their 12.9% and they don't like that. The big boss who had the final say said 'The computer says no' and then fast forward to 6pm and finally the funds had cleared and I could pick up my car.

SUMMARY: Overall the experience was not great but the facilities and staff with the exception of some were fabulous. Big Motoring World in my opinion is not geared up for people who walk in the door with their own finance and know what they want. If you don't know what you want and would like to be treated as royalty then its certainly one of the best car giant experiences you can have. Definitely sign up for GuardX its great. I will post a separate review for the collection team.

A big thank you to Josh who was outstanding and deserves a pay increase. Thank you I appreciate everything you did to get it through.

All's well that ends well!
