Update: After the complaint they went back and were still uncapable of answering. I asked , HOW DO I DO THE DOSAGE DURING MY TRIP, the first answer was telling me how to order medicine the second one was a ChatGPT answer about how to take the medicine to the airport. 🤡

This is a dangerous place, these people are here to ask you enough questions to not have issues if something goes wrong with you, and then cash out.

I sent a few follow up questions, asking for guidance on how to take the prescription medicine further during my travel and they simply responded without reading the question, they did not read it at all, they are unable to offer guidance (which is what one expect from the doctor who prescribed the medicine no?)

Now I am clueless, don't know how to continue the treatment (or stop, or whatever), I am by my own.

If Ireland was serious about people's health in any minimal symbolic way, this service wouldn't even exist.

Don't trust your health to it. Go to a real doctor.

I was happy I could have this consultation, the answer was very fast and I could travel for work knowing I’m already equipped with what I need. Prescription was ready quite quickly as well and I had all instructions in an email. It was very helpful.

Terrible complicated service do not supply you directly with medicine or things you require go to a second party no comeback no refund . Charge me or try to sell me more than I requested much higher price terrible terrible service.

I am interested in Testosterone home test kit. The link at bottom of page I only found ONE comment by a man.

May also be concerning, out of some 16,000 that only about 500 were reviewed.

These kits are not cheap, yet it is only a finger prick blood test. I may still order but will shop around a bit longer.
