Initially fine BUT what it doesn't make clear is that you are signing up to a subscription plan. The repeat is at a very much increased price - the price increase is 42% higher - this is NOT MADE CLEAR when you inadvertently sign up!!!

Order LLP2810636 was placed 8 days ago and still hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve also contacted customer service but have received no response.
I wouldn’t order from here again.

I ordered some pain relief tablets and filled in all questions asked. Lloyds sent out email order getting ready and will be sent by royal mail.
The money was taken out of my bank and next day got an email saying you hadnt answered all questions. Ive sent 3 emails asking why no delivery 4 days later still no reply.

Twice now I have ended up subscribing to a product unintentionally.
I perfectly computer literate (a career in IT) but on two separate occasions the 'subscribe' option was turned on. Could be my mistake or could be that the option is turned on by default.
I was not allowed to return the product so have wasted £35 or so.
Very poor service.

Lloyd's are fine but there's no point paying extra for next day delivery as they use Evri and it's always delayed
