I suffer from migraines from age 15, i have been diagnosed i know what to take! Still, they’re rejecting me , I received refund within 10 min both times , so don’t bother - they don’t even read your online consultation. What a waste of time . Delete my account please as you don’t have this option on your outdated website.

I placed an order for next day delivery. This service is provided by Royal Mail. My delivery date was confirmed for the next day (Thursday) between 3.45pm & 7.45pm. At 8.52 pm they emailed to say that they were ‘unable to attempt delivery’. Medication was finally delivered on Saturday at 5.07pm. Lloyds responded to my emails with the information that I required. However, if you want the certainty that your medication will reach you, don’t use them if you need to rely on Royal Mail.

Overall, I am satisfied with LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor, which is why I am giving four stars. The ordering process was straightforward, and the medical verification was handled efficiently.

However, my recent Mounjaro delivery was initially left at the wrong building, causing unnecessary stress. Although Royal Mail eventually corrected the mistake, I would strongly prefer the option to collect my medication in person, particularly as it requires refrigeration.

Customer service was helpful and confirmed that my complaint had been passed to Royal Mail, which I appreciated.

I would also like to comment on the website imagery. The same intimate photograph of two women appears under both Sexual Health and General Health. While I support inclusive representation, I find this an odd and rather inappropriate choice for a general healthcare category. A more neutral, relevant photograph would be preferable.

Four stars overall: a good service, but improvements are needed in delivery flexibility and website presentation.

Don't bother with this company, so many others are far more straightforward. They keep asking me the same question and I give the same answer. Can't ring them, really frustrating set up

Lloyds pharmacy has been supportive. They are always checking in on their patients. I always am shown clear options if I need anything.

Used them for years always dependable and quick, efficient and effective service.

You sent me an email that said "update on your order", but it was nothing but asking me "got a question" and a link to this feedback. Also, your rejigged site with supposed improved functionality failed to store my log in details, and was slow to send a password reset link - so I requested another - and was then told it had timed out. To be fair, it's not just Lloyds, this sort of thing is standard for all corporations.

I wanted to return some items but the process is not so easy and customer service support is quite poor. There is no one to talk to and you have fill up an online form to get approval before sending the items back paying for postage myself.

Awful Company to deal, the BMI proof they require is far more complicated than other services, go elsewhere.
I purchased a set of bathroom scales, had a friend assist with full body video, ID and ID match beside face and they still reject my application. My BMI is 37 by the way so obvious I am overweight. I used one of the many other suppliers and pills were dispatch same. And as to Lloyds pharmacy response yawn!
