Quick results doctor tried to call me a few times left messages and messaged me online. Couldn’t fault this service. Sent me a new test free when they couldn’t find the date I took the test.

absolutely awful, ordered some medication online and within 24 hours it had been approved and was ‘ready to be collected’ when i arrived, they said they couldn’t find the medication on the system, 8 days later i received another text message saying it was ready to be collected but by this time i had already used another website to order my medication from, still have not received a refund.

I was on the weight loss injection Wegovy and the first time I ordered it I was ordered the Coaching App too. When I moved up to the higher injection I decided not to order the Coachig service as I didn’t use it. 2 weeks after I decided to move to Mounjaro and I ordered the Coaching service again but after speak to a consultant before my prescription was ready, they had advised that if I was not using it there was no point in having it. They advised that I message this and it shouldn’t be a problem as prescription had not been dispatched yet. I messaged them before my prescription was dispatched, now 1 week later, I’m still being told that I’m using that coaching app, which I’m not. They obviously have issues refunding people, but are happy to take your money for the injections. Such a shame because up until this point, I was happy with their service.

It used to be great, but they have a payment problem the call centre acknowledged but didn’t seem to care and been ongoing for a month. Hopeless

Easy to use online dr but when the prescribed treatment was not in stock at the pharmacy, I had to buy a second ointment. The refund for the prescription has still not been issued over three weeks later.

Absolutely hopeless! Be sure to only list symptoms that are likely to be listed in a 1997 textbook as advisers are unable to consider current and more up to date findings. Online Pharmacist claimed that my symptoms were not associated with a particular diagnosis, despite the symptoms being widely documented.

For context, I then used another Online Pharmacy with the same symptoms and was issued the treatment I required without any problem. Exactly how it should be!
