Discount not genuine
A comparison site updated just yesterday intimated £30 of first time weight loss medication and £10 off repeat orders. Saw a pop up code referring the £30 off when accessing the website.
Went through on online consultation and at checkout it automatically added a £5 discount. I removed this to add the £30 code but once removed, the box disappeared and there is no access to add a different code.
When I tried accessing the website again from the home page, the code no longer appears so it clearly knows from the IP address I have visited their site already.
Completely mis-sold and that’s half an hour of my life wasted to find that out.

Absolute waste of time and money
Absolute waste of time and money. Started 2.5mg for the 4 weeks monjaro. As passed and high BMI demonstrated by photo etc etc. Travelling abroad and due to step up to 5mg emailed company who assured me that they would deliver on the 2 short days I was home. Started asking for more photos when I am away doing business and no access to things like this. This means the whole treatment plan has become invalid. They also do not man phones it just hangs up. Bad service and they do not listen to their customers

An excellently well managed service…
This was an excellently well managed transaction from initial contact to final delivery. An online video appointment was made without any delay whatsoever, carried out within a few minutes in fact. Considering it's regarding obtaining online prescription medication all the necessary avenues of verification of identity were followed, additionally the methods of ascertaining an individual's medical requirements met the criteria were thorough. The person I dealt with on the video consultation was a very pleasant lady. The medication was agreed and despatched without delay. I paid extra for a Saturday delivery which arrived as arranged. The medication is competitively priced which has saved me money, which was the main reason for switching providers. On receipt it was the exact same product I was previously prescribed from my original provider. All in all I am very happy with this service, not just because of the pricing strategy but most importantly because personally I feel completely confident that this is a company that has care for its clients and integrity built into its processes. All communications were clear and easy to understand. A seamless, thorough and trouble free all round service.

Well handled sale
The questionnaire had pertinent questions, the pharmacy had a common sense approach. Follow up questions were handled well. Their clinicians were very professional, and I say this as a medical professional myself. On top of this, delivery was very quick. All in all, an excellent experience.
