I saw a beautiful canvas but asked for a different colour frame
To what was advertised. There was no hesitation in asking the supplier and they swiftly came back and confirmed I could have the colour I wanted. I had some issues with PayPal website and Olivia’s were really helpful talking me through every step. Can’t wait for the picture and would not hesitate to order from such a helpful

Olivia’s one of my favourite websites , there’s such an array of beautiful and unusual items for the home , my purchases always feel very special and their service is excellent !

I bought a side table which arrived months later due to being on back order. On opening the package, I found the table was so unstable (small round base) that a toddler would be able knock it over without trying. I asked to return it (you need to email to request a return). I was told I could but offered a discount to keep it. When I confirmed I would return it, I was told I couldn't as the deadline had passed. When I pointed out this wasn't the case on their website terms, I was told the wrong information was on their website and I could not return it. I had to push back again and quote statutory law before I was told that, as an exception, I could return it but only if it got to them very quickly (again breaking what they had on their website). Overall, the designs look good but don't count on any satisfactory customer service if what you receive is not up to scratch.

Lovely upmarket goods at a competitive price with the website being customer friendly and displaying the products in an aesthetic manner.
The offers were genuine and I am looking forward to receiving my bed.

I bought a garden set which I barely used and which broke about 2 months after purchase. They said it is not a manufacturing fault and refused a refund/ replacement . Very poor service

They delivery company failed to deliver my mirror, they said they would be 10 minutes, I waited for 20 and no one arrived, Olivia's are now trying to charge me a holding fee and a re-delivery fee, claiming that the failed delivery is my fault and that I missed the phone calls from the delivery driver, despite me having proof that they were answered.

Do not order.

My absolute go to for interiors. Amazing range, great customer service for advice and guidance. Realistic and acurate delivery estimate. 10/10 all round

Whilst I love the website and range of products, I was made to feel like I shouldn't be requesting a refund when I asked for one. What should be a fairly simple process, resulted in 3-4 emails back and forth, where I was asked to submit photos for comparison to the website (!). I understand this is likely a preventive measure to legitimise refunds accepted but I was within my 14-day cool-off period. It just made me feel like I was having to prove why I wanted a refund. Also, be aware that refunds are at the consumers expense.

Such great choice, it took me forever to finally settle for what I bought. The website was easy to navigate and product descriptions are detailed, which is helpful when trying to decide what to go for. Can’t wait to get my tables and lamps!!

The items had clear descriptions with a variety of photos including close ups. The website overall was easy to navigate and the transaction process was smooth. Really looking forward to receiving my items.

Ordered two Carmel bedside tables that arrived absolutely stinking of noxious chemicals. I had to drive the packaging to the skip wearing a mask and with my windows open it was so bad.

After 3 weeks of trying charcoal bags, baking soda, ground coffee, airing them outside for days etc - nothing helped - there is clearly a manufacturing problem with this product and they have been finished incorrectly with a possibly noxious or even carcinogenic chemicals that caused us throat symptoms and headaches when sleeping next to them. We also have a newborn and so had to remove the bedside tables from our room. The smell is way beyond the usual new furniture smell - it has not faded and seems highly toxic.

I tried to return them but they said I was responsible for packaging them despite them weighing over 20kg each and needing professional grade strength packaging and reinforced cardboard and moulded foam that I would not even know where to source. And then they said I would be responsible for any damage during the return despite them booking the courier. It’s truly baffling that they would try to make their customer responsible for their own courier’s failings. They could choose to insure them with their courier but instead they would rather try to catch out their own customers.

I’m now stuck with over £700 of furniture that I cannot sleep next to because of how horrendous they smell and possibly dangerous to ours and our newborns health, and the company refusing to supply the packaging to return them, or insure them adequately.

Both points are in direct contradiction to the Consumer Rights Act, which says a company cannot cause a consumer inconvenience in a return process nor force them to be responsible for packaging.

Sneaky company with no morals selling low quality and dangerous products that should be avoided at all costs.

I ordered a 3-seat sofa and unfortunately we were unable to get it up the stairs and elevator in my flat. However, Melissa from customer support was super helpful - they took the sofa back, issued me a refund and I ordered the 2-seat sofa which is perfect :) They were also super quick to reply.

I have had a number of products from Olivia’s - the quality and style are superb. Each piece feels thoughtfully designed for practicality and real style. The delivery dates are clear. I love how the products fit into my home and i feel they fit with my creativity. Subtle decorative touches to standout pieces visitors have commented on the accent chairs regarding design and comfort, I like most that the products feel unique and just add a personality to my home.I have had a number of products and will continue to shop here. They also do good sales!
