They helped me with my purchase, and were very responsive!
God mat, men dritt service. Uprioritering og bare tull med å få maten, gjelder både hovedrett og desser.
Service was good, had a query that was answered promptly. Furniture arrived within timescale.
However, a cabinet door does not fully close as the design would dictate. Possibly because a door is slightly warped. Only 3 stars because of the questionable build and quality control processes.
Updating my review, although delivery was longer than I had anticipated, the table was was worth waiting for.
I would prefer clearer information on delivery dates as it said on website available by end July but when I ordered it said delivery in 4-10 days.

The website is easy to navigate and place orders. The prices were also lower than other vendors, which was great. For a some items in lighting, more pictures would be helpful (different angles, items in a room, etc).
I contacted customer support about a pre order item. My enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently with a pre order form sent and an estimated delivery date. Looking forward to receiving my new bed !!

Liked what we saw, and the price was very competitive.
I’ve left a review but wanted to update it. The company suggested we contact their customer support team (a misnomer?) about our concerns and we sent pictures and a long explanation. That was 12 March. It’s 4 April and we’ve had no response..Yes, it was 6 weeks after delivery but we’d been on a long holiday. The mirror has large scratches right in the middle (how does that happen, particularly given the amount of padding around it for delivery?). Dutch Bone who made the furniture ( which included two sideboards) says on their site about their craftsmanship. The doors on the cupboard are different thicknesses and sizes! I think craftsmanship isn’t the word. I simply wish I’d never taken advantage of the sale Olivia’s offered.
Nearly two weeks ago they asked me YET AGAIN for my order number. It feels like they’re doing it to present as responding whereas nothing is happening. They simply don’t care about quality products or their customers.

Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely horrible experience and would never deal with this company again.
My partner and I ordered a Braja Floor Lamp and after waiting for delivery for getting on for four weeks messaged the company to be told it would arrive soon which it did. Long story short the lamp was not suitable so I contacted the company to say I would be returning it at which point they offered me a 10% reduction in the price. I felt then that they didn't want the hassle of the return. However, I said it wasn't a question of the price and that I would be returning it.
I had all the original wrapping and took great care repackaging the lamp as I felt Olivia's would make any excuse that the lamp was damaged in transit. I didn't hear anything for two weeks so contacted them again to which they said they had emailed me (they hadn't) and, guess what?, the lamp had indeed been damaged in transit and that I should claim from the courier. They emailed some photos of the damage as proof but I am very strongly of the opinion that the damage was not caused by the courier which in this case was the Post Office.
Olivia's portray a feeling of sophistication and a high end experience. Sadly this was very much not my experience and I remain bitterly disappointed.
