I’ve been waiting to order the over-mantle mirror with shelf for a while. Looks stunning and has great reviews. Easy order process, looking forward to receiving.

We have ordered arm chairs and they just look like in the picture. Very comfortable and just beautiful. Everything went well with the delivery as well and we are very happy. We just ordered a third one yesterday and cannot wait for it to arrive.

Extremely disappointed to see that for an order for a small vase, the delivery, which at order time was quoted as 3-5 days, ended up costing me £9 and is estimated as going to take between 7 and 14 days to an address in Greater London.

We bought a few items from here and we had good comunication regarding delivery dates. Our mirror arrived slighly damaged and they processed the replacement without delay.

I would strongly advise against buying from this company if you want to avoid disappointment.

The side table I ordered, which is made from natural marble, arrived with very prominent purple tones and black veining. This is completely different from the off-white marble with subtle brown, neutral veining shown on their website and Instagram.

I understand that marble is a natural material and that every piece will have its own unique variations. However, the table I received looks nothing like the product that was advertised. 

To make matters worse, the pink-coloured glue visible between the legs makes the table look very cheap and poorly finished, especially considering that it cost £240.

When I raised my concerns, I was simply told that the variation is due to the fact that it is natural marble. While I appreciate that explanation, I don't believe it addresses the fact that the item I received is substantially different from the product shown in their promotional photos.

I now have to pay a significant amount of money to return the table and arrange the return myself, which has made an already disappointing experience even worse.

Don’t waste your money and your time!
