We ordered two mirrors in the middle of summer but unfortunately they were too small (our fault). They kindly issued us a refund. We then ordered the correct sized mirrors and one came broken, we reported this and they sent us a replacement mirror. They then sent us another and it came broken again. They then sent us 2 of the first mirrors that were the wrong size and wont let us return it even though they sent us completely the wrong mirrors. It shouldnt be hard to deliver us two of the same mirrors that arent broken!!! We’ve been waiting months for this and now they wont even send us the right mirror even though they messed up and sent us the wrong ones!!!

2 replacements on separate occasions were sent and were broken. We were on holiday while the second replacement was delivered, we can prove this by sending flight details. As soon as we got back on the 4th (late night/early morning of the 5th) it was reported to you on the 6th to which you actually sent 2 more replacement mirrors but completely the wrong type! Following that you have now refused to send the correct replacement and as per my email this is against section 31 consumer rights act and section 19 and 66 risk and satisfactory quality. I request a replacement mirror or a refund of £130.26 AND a courier to collect the incorrect mirrors and broken replacements. You have 4 days.

I had to wait for the item but was so pleased that it felt like no time had passed. It is perfect and very realistic. A great addition to my home. House of Isabella was great keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Will purchase from them again.

I placed my order over three weeks ago, and the experience has been unacceptable. Couriers arrived without warning despite my repeatedly confirming my telephone number, and I received no delivery notifications.

When I challenged this, House of Isabella sent me screenshots purportedly showing that messages had been sent to me. However, the timestamps shown were from before I had even placed my order. These messages could not have related to my delivery. I find it extremely concerning that screenshots containing such contradictory information were presented to me as evidence that the courier had contacted me.

I repeatedly stated that if my entire order — a dining table, six dining chairs and three counter stools — could not be delivered by the end of the week, I wanted to cancel. Despite this, the chairs and stools were delivered separately, while the table remained without a confirmed delivery date.

I was told on 28 September that delivery would be chased, and again on 1 October that the matter was being treated as urgent. Yet I continued to receive assurances without a clear resolution.

When I asked for my complaint to be escalated to the owner, this was refused. Blaming third-party couriers does not absolve a retailer of responsibility for managing orders and communicating honestly and accurately with its customers.

I have now requested cancellation and a full refund, including collection of the chairs and stools at no cost to me. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and has seriously undermined my confidence in House of Isabella. I would not recommend this company based on how my order and complaint have been handled.

Online website is lovely and easy to navigate through the beautiful modern furnishings on House of Isabella. I purchased my choice and got it delivered earlier than expected which is rare these days. Would recommend trying it out.

Bought a few items from here now and excellent service all round. Good communication from the team.. absolutely loved my items. I even had to return an item as it was slightly damaged and swift help from the team to return it.

Bought a clock. Good price than other web sites. Arrived much earlier than expected. Lost one star because I wasn't kept posted of the parcels delivery status (I didn't even know that it had been dispatched) other than that will use this company again.

I purchased a Zuri Antique Base and shade. Both are really lovely items. I have ordered from House of Isabella previously. The order arrives on time and is lovingly packed. Cannot complain at all. Excellent service received.

AWFUL company. Do NOT order anything from them.
I placed an order on 26th July. Heard nothing for weeks. I then cancelled the order but it arrived on 1st September.
I tried to return the order but the returns portal said I was out of the returns window which I was not. I emailed and was told the returns portal was undergoing maintenance and I would be able to return the order. I have been requesting instructions on how to return the order and have my refund but am no longer getting replies. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Bought a side table with a tile design. Lovely unique piece and very good quality. Delivery took a while but the piece is worth waiting for.

I ordered a table lamp, and received an email shortly afterwards informing me unfortunately, the last two lamps in stock were damaged. The company gave me two choices-wait around four weeks for restock to arrive or full refund. I waited for the lamp to come back in stock. Customer service very good. Kept informed of progress, carrier etc., until it got here. Pleased I waited it’s a pretty lamp & shade.
