I’ve selected a 5 star review even though I’m waiting for my product to be delivered again! I received my order which had smashed on route but the customer service I received was second to none and my issue was resolved with minutes and another order being placed as a replacement.

Never order from this company. I'm currently taking delivery of my third sideboard as it always comes damaged. I've wasted a total of 8hrs at home waiting for the deliveries and collections and 3 hrs driving to and from work to meet the delivery people.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Olivia's.

I ordered a sideboard costing over £1,000, expecting a high-quality product and service. Unfortunately, the first one arrived in an appalling condition. It was smashed, with significant damage to the top and sides, and one side of the unit was actually coming away from the cabinet.

To receive this damaged item, I had already taken two hours out of my working day to wait for the delivery. I then had to arrange another collection, meaning another two-hour delivery window at home while the damaged unit was picked up.

A replacement was then arranged, requiring me to take yet another two-hour slot during the middle of a working day to receive it. Sadly, the replacement was also damaged. One of the legs is so badly damaged it won't even fit into the fixing hole, one side of the cabinet is split, and there is additional damage to the top.

I have spoken with Melissa, who has been polite and advised she is taking the matter back to the supplier. However, this should not be my problem. As the customer, I paid over £1,000 for a premium piece of furniture and expected it to arrive in perfect condition.

To make matters worse, I am now expected to wait at home yet again for another collection, meaning more time away from work and more disruption to my day. In total, I have lost many hours waiting for deliveries and collections, travelled back from the office unnecessarily, and I still don't have the sideboard I paid for.

The level of inconvenience has been completely unacceptable. Accidents can happen, but sending two badly damaged units in succession and expecting the customer to continue giving up their time without a satisfactory resolution falls well below the standard I would expect.

I cannot recommend Olivia's based on this experience. I genuinely want this matter to be resolved, and I am still hoping Olivia's will put this right. However, after receiving two damaged units and experiencing so much inconvenience, this experience has left me with very little confidence that I will ever receive the quality sideboard I paid over £1,000 for. I sincerely hope Olivia's can restore my faith and finally bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Super buying experience from start to finish. There was a lovely selection of homeware to choose from, and I almost instantly fell in love with the piece I ordered. I shopped around beforehand, but nothing else came close in terms of style or price (especially with this item being in the summer sale).

I also really appreciated how clearly the pre-order status was communicated. That's not always the case with online retailers, and it can be frustrating when delivery expectations aren't clear. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'd happily shop here again.

Having previously purchased the ‘Hodson Console Table-Bronze’ from Olivia’s, I had no hesitation in ordering another one. The quality, finish and overall design are excellent and it looks every bit as premium in person as it does online.
The ordering process was straightforward, communication clear.
This repeat purchase speaks for itself, when you buy the same product twice, you know you’ve found something worth recommending. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with Olivia’s again for future interior purchases.

Only just purchased bed 1/7/26 asked me to review for chance of £250 . Received confirmation that bed would be 7/10 days. Charged £2.50 for protection of bed /safe delivery. Happy to update when bed arrives . Bed has arrived within the 7-10 days timescales. Will check box when bedroom is finished. This is not an unprompted review as I did through the link sent me . Neither is this something I need to lie about. I was just surprised I was sent a review link so soon after ordering when I hadn’t even received the bed.

I had an amazing experience with one of Olivia's Interior Designers, Rebecca. I had an urgent project to furnish a two bedroom apartment and Rebecca designed and ordered everything in less than two days and within budget! The products are wonderful. I will definitely use Olivia's again for both the quality of products and excellence in customer service.

Quick and easy ordering process although the web site seemed to have a couple of glitches around I) gaining entry due to fire wall issues and ii) removing the optional damage/ delivery insurance via a slider button that didn’t seem to work well.

Order arrived within 3 days in tact and is now a feature of our lounge. Very pleased with style and quality of product.

Beautiful items from Olivia’s . If you want something that little bit different luxurious and classy this is the place to be looking . Can’t wait to receive my stunning table which will take centre stage in the lounge of my gorgeous cottage . Thanks Olivia’s . I will be order more items in the near future .

Great at taking money. Great at bombarding you with advertising . No tracking service no indication when product will be delivered . I assume a scam company

William wood have made contact and are trying to resolve the situation . Very polite and conciliatory but as yet not date for delivery just ' in the coming week ' !
