Good Customer Service

One of the tables ordered was smashed but customer service dealt with it quickly & without fuss. Just annoying that it arrived damaged & I had to stay in another day for collection & delivery. The product is great.

Poor quality and unusable

We ordered 4 breakfast bar stools and each one has an issue/s. The footrest is off centre, the seats don’t sit level in fact you spin to the left if you are sat on it, the bases are scratched and scuffed. The backrests are not square and the padding is missing in parts. Customer service have offered replacement in 7-9 weeks which would be almost acceptable if it was one out of four stools with an issue, but when it is all four I don’t think there is much hope.

4 Dining Chairs Missing from Delivery

I ordered 4 dining chairs and an accent chair from Danetti with a 7–9 week lead time at 30th January. Delivery was scheduled for last Tuesday, but only the accent chair arrived.

After repeatedly being told by Helen ( Customer Care Representative at Danetti ) to wait 48 hours for updates, I contacted the delivery company myself a week later and they confirmed they still haven’t even received the dining chairs from Danetti.

Very disappointing experience after such a long wait. I just wanted a clear update on where the rest of my order is and when it will actually be delivered.But I am going to cancel the order now as it seems they are unable to communicate or deliver.

Difficult return and poor quality

The sales process was great. But the items were damaged and the process to return was difficult. Would never purchase again. Was told initially I would receive a voucher, then told I would be charged for collection. I should really have my delivery charge returned

Unfortunately I never received the sample of material I requested and also made numerous communication trying to get someone to respond about a bed I wanted to buy!

Danetti can be trusted to always put the customer first and will go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction for reasonable requests.

Great service as always. Danetti were able to correct our own mistake thanks to a hastily arranged replacement and collection. The service personnel are first class, especially Ross and James. Danetti is our number one go to for our furniture requirements.

Lovely chairs had to have two…

Lovely chairs had to have two deliveries as not enough in at the time, disappointed I was charged another delivery fee due to this factor.

While we do appreciate customers may feel disappointed with the delivery charge we do only charge a fraction of the delivery cost to our customers. While we are currently unable to offer delivery free of charge we will pass this feedback on for you.

Monica Ottoman…

So happy to receive my Monica Ottoman Bed. The delivery time was quite long and there was a delay but the final product is fantastic. Wasn’t too tricky to put together.The material feels luxurious and I like that it’s timeless unlike alot of other very bulky unpractical ottoman beds I have seen online. Overall really good value for the quality and design. Also customer service was excellent with explaining the delay especially Ross who was so polite and responsive. I will be looking at other items to purchase!

Incorrect item was delivered and there has been no urgency to get this corrected. Have been sitting with the incorrect item for nearly a week before any response and now have to wait nearly 2 weeks for it to be collected and the correct item delivered.

Complete inconvenience with no real apology or compensation.

Excellent delivery of new bed

Excellent delivery of new bed
The headboard box was damaged most likely in truck loading driver did point this out fortunately the headboard was not damaged

My sideboard has arrived damaged

My sideboard has arrived damaged. I have called and emailed regarding next steps. Opened a case and sent photos as instructed. Customer services very slow at processing and emailing . Still waiting for a call back as well .

Nothing to do with the furniture or…

Nothing to do with the furniture or quality but if a company is offering a specific day for delivery not a date range then you expect from a reputable company that this would be fulfilled. I received a message regarding delivery time the night before and this morning (day of delivery) it had not reached the delivery partner. I have lost a full days work and now not available for the rest of the week. Beyond disappointing. Customer care told me that “things happen in the real world”. Reported this as being rare but yet I had to ask for a good will gesture and it was basic delivery fee.

Not the level of reliability or care I would expect from a company like this

High quality and care taken

I ordered 2 leather swivel chairs, 3 swivel bar stools and a coffee table. I have never received furniture items so well packaged and as a result, the items were all in perfect conditions.
