I was in need of help with my sons quad…
I was in need of help with my sons quad bike as it stopped working, I contacted fun bikes and jigs got back to me pretty promptly with a couple of suggestions, I had the battery checked and it was fine so next was the control unit! Jigs was a great help and sent me a link to purchase the part I need!!
Unfortunately the users out of stock so I’ll wait for it coming back in again!!

Funbikes MXR1600
Bought a MXR1600 and now the rear brake pads need to be replaced, called Funbikes but they dont sell just the pads suprise suprise. You have to purchase the complete brake unit @£50. But they are not in stock and dont know when they will be back in stock if at all. Claim to have a huge amount of stock but not a brake pad. Renders the bike useless. Dont buy the MXR1600 as you wont get any spares.

Amazing delivery experience

Never had any issues with orders before until my motor has broken and it's not even 1 year old, my previous motor lasted about 5 or 6 years, so I would appreciate for this to be looked into as I would like this item to be replaced as it is over £100

We can see that the order was placed over a year ago and, unfortunately, we haven’t had any previous contact regarding an issue with the motor. This means we haven’t had the opportunity to review the circumstances surrounding the fault or see how we may have been able to assist before the review was posted.
As the motor is now outside of the warranty period, a warranty replacement wouldn’t be available on this occasion. However, we’d still like to help where we can. We can arrange a call with one of our technicians to assist with troubleshooting and offer advice on the issue. If a replacement motor is required, these are also available to purchase, and our team can help with the next steps to get your scooter back up and running.

Very dissappointing
Very dissappointing. Spent more than the helmet was on postage back and forward. Alot of excuses and no accoubtability from various staff members. Sizes of helmets are very small and not the size they say. Avoid at all costs. Will not be using them again. Very dissapointing
