The most terrible and corrupt company…
The most terrible and corrupt company I’ve ever came across. I purchased a buggy for my son for his birthday. The first day he used it the exhaust broke off so not even 24 hours after it being delivered I emailed the company explaining it had broken and sent photos. They said they was getting it collected and it needed to be returned as it was delivered (which it came flat packed) and they said the tank needed to be off or the transport company would reject taking it and that it needed to be strapped to a pallet which I did. Days went by I kept calling to see when it was being collected they just kept telling me they can’t give me a time I’ll receive a call on the day it will be collected between the hours of 8am to 5pm anyway days turned into weeks story’s of vans broken down after every excuse in the book 5 weeks later it was finally collected. They collected it there never was a transport company! The buggy had to be taken off the pallet! After all there emails telling me it wouldn’t be excepted without being on one. By this time I just asked for a full refund as I’ve given up any hope with this company. It’s now been 3 months since it’s broken still not been sorted they’ve offered me £400 refund when I gave £1450 and it broken within 24 hours! Your not going to believe there excuses for this! There excuses is because I’d taken the roll-bar off the buggy and the fuel tank and it has a flat battery it can’t be tested!! All the things they told me to do! It was easier for me to return it built. Just a complete joke of a company so rude and if you read previous reviews exhausts seem to be a problem. They left me no choice to seek legal advice and the company helping me have tried to email them no response and they also had to report them to trading standards because now they tried to change all there online policy’s! So they have Untill Monday to refund or we have to take them to court. Word of wisdom buy from else where.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of this case. However, there are several points within your review that do not accurately reflect our records or the findings of the technical assessment.
The fault was reported shortly after delivery, and we acknowledge that the exhaust mounting had failed. Following the vehicle's return, the buggy underwent a detailed technical assessment by our Head of Quality Control. This considered the photographs originally supplied, collection evidence, workshop photographs, the condition of the vehicle and the complete history of the case.
The assessment confirmed that the exhaust fault is repairable. However, it could not establish that the failure was caused by a manufacturing defect. By the time the vehicle was available for inspection, it had been substantially dismantled, with roll-cage sections, the fuel tank, guards and other components removed. The vehicle was also returned with significant deterioration and unrelated condition issues. As a result, the original failure mechanism could not be conclusively determined.
We acknowledge that there were delays and changes to the collection arrangements, and we understand the frustration this caused. However, we do not believe the description of the collection timescale within this review accurately reflects the documented history of the case.
A comprehensive technical report has been provided setting out the evidence, inspection findings and proposed remedy. A formal final response has also been issued directly to the registered account holder. The purchase and warranty are registered in the account holder's name, although we have communicated extensively with their authorised representative throughout the case.
Following the technical assessment, our position remains that the evidence does not support a full refund. We have offered to repair the reported exhaust fault at no cost, reassemble the vehicle using the components returned with it, and carry out the necessary safety and function checks before returning the vehicle. A partial refund option has also been discussed.
We are aware that legal action has been mentioned. We have provided our final position and are prepared to provide all relevant correspondence, photographs, technical findings and supporting evidence should the matter proceed formally. If any genuinely new evidence is provided that has not previously been considered, we will review it appropriately.

Bike good. Chain fell off after 5 mins and I paid for them to assemble

need staff at Fun Bikes who know what they are doing
I was trying to buy parts for a MXR1400 twice sent wrong parts ,I phoned and was told they had modify the bike the part I wanted was no longer available the bike is only 10 months old. Upon this we went to fun bikes to return parts and try and sort some why round this so we could get bike back to ride .They found one original part we then decided to modify the bike with the cost of £180 pounds and had to alter the wiring. After 2 hour round trip to get to fun bikes , Ben a member of staff was the only one out of all the phone calls and emails who really helped and he said any problems ask for him .My grandson will now be able to get back on his bike after 4 weeks of sorting it out.
