Birthday fail avoided.
After being let down by another online seller, and boys birthday imminent. I called FunBikes. The company offered good advice on sizing, and the products were in stock in the UK. Delivery was sooner than estimated, and the bikes are great!

We have reviewed your account and can see that this review has been left against a recent parts order for a wheel rim, which does not relate to a pull cord or pull-start mechanism. We can also see that your petrol bike was purchased over eight months ago, and we have not received any previous communication from you reporting a fault with the pull start.
We have tried to contact you by telephone to discuss this further but unfortunately were unable to reach you.

I received a faulty bike with exposed…
I received a faulty bike with exposed wiring on the breaks and scratches around the same area. I’ve sent numerous emails and called to request a replacement bike but was only offered a replacement brake cable which I then had to install myself. I am going to have to contact my bank to resolve this issue now. How I can be sold a brand new bike which is faulty and then not be given a replacement bike ?
I offered them 3 options which I deemed very fair.
Full refund and you collect the bike or Replacement bike and partial refund or a Similar bike replacement such as amped 20 pro at reduced cost.

When you contacted us regarding the brake cable and clicking noise, our team requested photos and video evidence so we could properly review the issues raised. Once the information was provided, the case was escalated to our technical team and a collection was arranged so the bike could be assessed.
We understand that you requested a replacement bike; however, our standard process is to assess reported faults first so we can determine the appropriate resolution based on the findings. We have approved collection of the bike and our technical team will review the evidence and inspect the vehicle before confirming the next steps.
We appreciate your patience while this assessment is completed and remain committed to working with you to reach a suitable resolution.

Product is fine/shame about the rest.
Product is fine, but I needed assistance and didn’t hear back for 4 days. Thankfully I was able to sort it out myself , and still haven’t heard back regarding a separate parts order either! So make sure you have done your own research beforehand cos you won’t get any assistance after.

Bought my grandon a 125 dirt bike for…
Bought my grandon a 125 dirt bike for Xmas he rode it half dozen times then we couldn't start the bike so returned it back to you in January problem solved cheers. It was returned end of January it's now out of warranty and the bike is slipping in between gears and everything is locking up kick start bk wheel only way to get it bk into neutral is by turning fly wheel which releases the problem but it's not suitable to ride as there's a knocking sound coming from gear box and if you get it into 3rd gear makes one he'll of a racket then slips in between gears again,so tried reporting it to you but all I get is a phone call off one of your employees stating that the bike is out of warranty and they won't send anyone out to come get the bike although you had the bike until the end of jan so surely the warranty should start when i received the repaired bikeat the end january,but I can deliver the bike to you in Leicester I live in port talbot in south Wales and don't drive I only have a 650bike so that's out of the question I have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle since i bought it off you and should have had a new bike off you the minute i started having trouble with it.
