Had a couple issues with the bike, they sent Gavin out to collect the bike, fun bikes repaired the issues at no cost to us as was under warranty, then within a few days gavin again delivered the bike back to us. Very friendly, rang 20 mins before arrival, excellent delivery driver thanks gavin

Great company. Got our order of electric dirt bike in only couple of days very quick one. There was small issue at very beginning but contacted service department and they were very helpful. Very responsive via email as well. After few days charger died... but again contacted service guys and new charger was delivered in no time. Since then everything works perfectly fine. Great customer service provided especially by Jigs. My son is very happy boy. Highly recommend funbikes and all people behind scenes.
