I sent in a picture of a bit that was faulty and i had a message back with the part i needed. I then went to order it and unfortunately it was out of stock. Got my son a wee m2r fun bike
Got my son a wee m2r fun bike. Just like a mini crosser. So much better than the cheap mini or midi 50s you get. This is a proper wee kids crosser. Any parts that broke were easy to get from the website. But they actually use a lot of generic sizes so parts are readily available on Amazon etc. he’s out grown and we got almost what we paid for it back via marketplace. Looking for a wee quad for my youngest now. Defo recommend. I’ve used other companies like Welsh pit bikes and slam etc but the price at fun bikes is hard to beat.

We got our grandson his first motorbike which he is over the moon with! Great little motorbike and really well made.
Funbikes was easy to purchase from online and even when I had to return a couple of items that were too small, I received excellent customer service and a prompt refund! We will definitely buy from this company in the future.

Cameron from start to finish …He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when choosing a quad for my Grandson .
He went out of his way to oversee the process, from ordering to dispatch , making sure it arrived in time for his birthday…
We put the product together ourselves ..took us about 4 hours 😂 nonetheless, really happy with the product .

This company don’t even deserve one…
This company don’t even deserve one star, I bought a quad for my sons 11th birthday and I’ve had nothing but problems the amount of nuts and bolts that have fallen off back brake is hanging off and it keeps cutting out all the time I’ve had to replace so many nuts and bolts and all they say is it’s up to you to make sure it’s safe customer support are a complete waste of time they don’t care please please do not buy from these the worst company I’ve ever delt with

Unfortunately, no order reference or contact information has been provided with this review, so we’re unable to identify the order or fully investigate the history of the issues raised, including the previous contact you’ve had with our Customer Services team.
As with all mechanically operated products, ongoing safety checks and routine maintenance are required throughout ownership. This includes, but is not limited to, checking nuts, bolts and other fixings before and after use. Due to the vibration associated with these types of vehicles, fixings can loosen during use, particularly while components are bedding in, and they should therefore be checked and tightened as necessary. Our Trading Terms also explain the customer's responsibility for maintaining the safety of the product and our recommendations regarding ongoing mechanical maintenance.
That said, we would like the opportunity to properly investigate the concerns you have raised regarding the rear brake, the vehicle cutting out and the support you have received. Please contact our Customer Services team at cs@funbikes.co.uk with your order reference, registered email address and details of the problems experienced so that we can locate the order and review the full case history.
We take product and customer service concerns seriously and would welcome the opportunity to look into this properly and establish what assistance we can provide.

Ordered an exhaust for one of my dirtbikes it came used full of suit and dirt with scraps and dents all over it and they forgot the back box for it aswell not happy will not be ordering again after they ignored numerous emails

Ordered 3 x replacement batteries for a…
Ordered 3 x replacement batteries for a mini quad from this company. I was specific in my search and order as I only wanted to replace like for like. I knew I paid more to get my exact match seen available with this company. They had sent out different batteries I could have purchased cheaper elsewhere.
I raised this with customer service and the reply being the batteries are an upgrade.
(The batteries run longer and would work on the mini quad but I also didn’t need the 25% longer to get to a full charge for all 3 - an extra 2hrs on the electric meter for a toy - it was just not as ordered or intended!)
I asked if there was any willingness to price match with a link to the same cheaper batteries online after their error - nope. The error meant I would need to spend more time fixing the mistake they made and would only be open to a return. Also the extra time re-ordering and waiting inconvenience. I think could have done better - dispatch of order and customer service.
Edit - had replied to the reply to my review the same day with the order number which will link. Nothing further heard.

This was my second purchase chaos 1600 used and abused 🤣 but lasted 3 years with heavy off road.so got the much better 1600gt sport 30mph+ on tarmac need to keep in first or second for off road inclines as 3rd tends to pop out !good price reasonable delivery time 4 days standard and great aftersales

Bought a pit bike 4 years ago, its been fantastic with no problems, even though my sons moved on to a KTM scrambler he still use pit bike and loves it. If ive needed spares easy to order and delivered promptly.

Pull start failed after 5 pulls metal very soft

after speaking with Sarah She was really helpful, understanding and professional throughout the situation I completely understand that the original part breaking wasn’t her fault he the team as these things happened, and I appreciate the way she dealt with the issue and helped me

Bought a replacement pull start for my sons FunBikes Excite 50cc Mini Quad V2 (T1 fitment). It arrived, I fitted it correctly, and it broke after just 5 pulls. For a part that you can't easily source elsewhere (it's a proprietary FunBikes fitment), I expected far better quality control.
I've had to order a second replacement and am now waiting to see if it holds up any longer than the first bare in mind it didn’t work at all

So I purchased 2 mb250 bikes for my…
So I purchased 2 mb250 bikes for my twins and they arrived in perfect condition no issues there, but when we got to using them we noticed one was slightly slower and sounded abit more like it was struggling. I raised this with them straight away showed them a multimeter reading batteries were perfect so they sent me a replacement motor straight out came in the same week easy to install and fixed the issue. I like to rate a company on how they solve issues that’s where it matters and this experience was good so thank you fun bikes, I have 2 happy boys.
