Amazing delivery from kerry

No complaints we overlooked the few nicks in the pink paint ;) as fun bikes is a number 1 go to for me and my house hold delivery always on time never had to return an item I'm sure they check them all before sending them out they'll take good care of you and your item don't go looking elsewhere to see if you can get a cheaper one I promise you'll get a knock off that won't last you long I been there trust me it a waste of time you can call them to discuss your order all the stuff are friendly don't worry just give them a call and they look after you.

Great communication from the start
Great communication from the start, we chose to collect the bike in person, a little awkward to find, but once there the staff were great and even helped load it into the van.
I have a bit of mechanical knowledge, so assembling the bike only took half an hour and my son loves it

Terrible customer service! Bike has had to be repaired after only a week of having it they are not helpful at all avoid!!!

When you contacted us regarding the chain coming off the bike, our Technical Support team reviewed the issue and advised that the chain tension needed adjusting. Our technician then attempted to contact you on three separate occasions to assist, but unfortunately we were unable to reach you.
We’re disappointed that you’ve been left feeling that we were unwilling to help, as our team did make several attempts to get in touch and provide assistance.

So the repair was excellent..
So the repair was excellent... However the only problem I found was payment
I had a email to pay upfront parts and labour. I declined this as I was not sure it was a scam. As when I googled fun bikes payment it was pay on completion
Payment for parts upfront is exceptable. However paying for labour upfront I thought was unexceptable
To be fair it was a pleasant experience

I called and spoke to a member of staff and was shocked by how rude and unhelpful they were. The attitude from the start was dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. Based on the way I was spoken to, I wouldn’t buy from this company again or recommend them to anyone.
