Wrong item sent.
Sent the wrong quad batteries I requested. The ones received took 2hrs longer to a full recharge. I was specific in my order for an exact replacement. Could have bought the same received batteries cheaper with another company. I emailed this point (with a link) and asked if would price match to meet me in the middle. Told only option would be to return and have the inconvenience all to my self to correct the mistake made. Could have done better.

The 12V 15Ah batteries supplied are an upgraded specification with a higher capacity, designed to provide a longer running time, and are fully compatible with the vehicle.
When you contacted us, we confirmed that if you did not wish to keep the upgraded batteries, you were welcome to return them for a refund.

Alex was amazing when I came to fun…
Alex was amazing when I came to fun bikes he spoke through the products how they worked. He was fantastic. I really recommend it and also the MXR 8000 wow it’s an amazing bike. I also got the MXR 1400 for My Son which he loves and it’s fast.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. The bike arrived broken, with the packaging looking like it had been dragged through a warehouse, thrown around, and completely neglected. The condition it arrived in was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable for something I paid good money for.
What made things even worse was the customer service. Getting any meaningful help was an absolute nightmare. Responses were unhelpful, the issue wasn’t handled properly, and I was left feeling like I was the problem rather than a customer who had received a damaged product.
I paid for a new bike, not a damaged one surrounded by destroyed packaging and then a customer-service headache on top of it. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would think twice before ordering from this company.

Absolutely appalling experience
Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered a bike for my son, expecting it to arrive brand new and in perfect condition, but it arrived damaged. It is completely unacceptable to receive an expensive purchase in this condition, especially when it was bought for my child.
What should have been an exciting purchase has instead turned into the hassle of contacting the company, sending evidence of the damage and trying to get the problem resolved. I paid for a new bike, not a damaged one.
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the way this order has been handled. I would seriously think twice before ordering from this company. There are plenty of companies that take more care with their customers and their products.

Wouldnt let me change address, as i forgot to put door number on wouldnt let me do it so said the bike had to come back and i had to wait for refund then i still had to ring yous back aftet nearly a week and the bike still hadnt returned to yous even though yous told me 48 hours and then i got phone call and the delivery man was on the street so instead of having to show photo id like yous said to me which didnt have and then didnt even have to do it so was very stressful it was for my sons 4th birthday and was meant to get delivered up to his birthday date came over week later was very upset

When an order is placed online, the payment and delivery details supplied by the customer are confirmed as part of the order process. For security and fraud-prevention reasons, we are unable to simply change confirmed delivery details after an order has been processed. These safeguards are in place to help protect both our customers and the business.
When you contacted us regarding the missing house number, our team tried to find a secure way to resolve the situation and requested supporting documentation for the delivery address. As this could not be provided, arrangements were subsequently made for the parcel to be returned.
However, the courier later contacted you directly to confirm the missing house number and was then able to successfully complete the delivery. We appreciate that the time taken and the change in circumstances caused considerable frustration, especially given the timing around your son’s birthday.
