Quick and efficient customer service

Ramsiya who assisted me was extremely helpful. I was back online to complete the transaction I wanted to in just a few minutes and she insured I had the information needed to follow up as well.

Ramsiya was extremely helpful today in…

Ramsiya was extremely helpful today in responding to my questions and resolving the questions I had for transfer of shares, particularly as I had an awful experience with Shareview team and Eqi teams, I had spent 2.5 hours on the phone. I asked this to escalated to a manager to call me back. The call was disconnected after one ring. Again I was on hold for 25 mins until Ramsiya took my call.

Excellent service, limited only by a system issue

Great experience. Nivedha provided outstanding attention, explained everything with confidence, and moved my transfer request forward promptly. The only downside is a system‑related technical issue, which isn’t her fault. That’s the only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5. Her service was excellent.

Quick and Easy

The person I spoke to

The person I spoke to - Ramsia - was polite, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately she was actually unable to answer the main question I had, nor did her computer system allow her to make one change that I wanted.

she took the time in explaining it to so I could make clear decision on my investment that is in the thousands. she has great patience with customer. customer service skill 10/10.
