An account has been created for my RSU…

An account has been created for my RSU through the AST portal. But when I try to reset my password (which is the last step to access my account), no OTP is ever sent to my email (email works since I can recover my username). I contacted customer service multiple times in the past month. CS asked me to do the exact steps I was already doing, but it's not working—and now they've just stopped replying. Hopefully I can nudge CS here and solve my problem, in which case I'll update this review.

Bereavement Assistance

I had a call with respect to shareholdings of my late parents and Sushruthi was so helpful in confirming what we need to do. She went above and beyond what I would have expected by patiently confirming which companies Equiniti were the administrator for and even confirmed other providers to speak to for other holdings. It is very clear what we now need to do and I am very grateful for the time spent.

I had old share certificates in my file with an address we lived at 20 years ago and wanted to check whether they were valid. Sushruthi was very patient and thorough and spent time searching on my behalf, and traced the shares back to a payment which I had forgotten. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Shushruthi.

Excellent 10/10

Vaishnavi was so polite and helpful and I was surprised I got through so quickly. Often with call centres one waits and waits. But not this time! My query was resolved without delay so 10/10!

ZERO STARS STAY AWAY CLOWN SHOW OF A BUSINESS

zero stars; absolutely the worst bisiness i have ever dealt with; who uses faxes for transactions? have been dealing with incompetence the last 4 years trying to transfer our dead mother's account. have completed and FAXED it many times and NO ONE ever receives it; even had an EQ clown on the phone as we faxed it and they said 'not received;'39% 1 star ratings; that should tel people STAY AWAY;how do they stay open? yes i have filed sec complaints; an ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS; NO ONE CALLS BACK; NO ONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS; Stay away!!!!! kep your money!!! i eve responded to EQ on here and they have not responded; how do ALL other companies allow one click transactions? EQ is in the stone ages - THEY USE FAXES!!!! stay away!!!!!!!!!

june 19 2026: responded to EQ with contact info; odds on anyone from EQ reachig out: 1.000.000.000.000 : 1. Clown show folks; wonder if they even have business laptops or if employed clows use their own phones to attempt to look busy; STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY;

They're pretty terrible

They're pretty terrible. Every time I call them, I receive a different answer. One person says they received the form I sent but couldn't process it for an unknown reason. Another person says they haven't received a form. The next time, I'm told that I need to complete a different form. They're always rude. They are less than helpful, and they seem more interested in hanging up than helping you out.

Pitiful- the worst I’ve ever experienced

Pitiful, awful, untrained, arrogant, rude, unhelpful , unsympathetic, careless, insensitive and downright obstructive. Mum is in a care home and cannot operate anything or remember much, but she can remember she has shares through Equiniti and would like me to check in online for her using my Power of Attorney. Ha! Absolutely no chance, mum. Sorry. Equiniti are useless. I’ve called many times, registered, given them the government’s access code, still I have to re-register. I can’t re-register because I already have an account from years ago. So sort that out for me Equiniti. I’ll keep ringing every day and leaving 1 star reviews till you sort it out.

would give ZERO STARS if i could

would give ZERO STARS if i could; this company has been the ABSOLUTE WORST. Have gotten NOTHING but the run-around with trying to settle our dead mother's account-SHE DIED 4 YEARS AGO! we have repeatedly completed the packet to transfer ownership and everytime it gets denied as not being completed properly;and it cant be done electronically = it must be faxed - then you need to hope and pray a human that can read actually chedks the fax machine and then will try to sound-out what needs to be done or gives it to another human that csn hopefully read; so far NO LUCK in finding such a human at EQ; we've called and tried to talk to the staff - should have just talked to my shoe -i would have gotten more help; have filed SEC complaints regarding the incompetence EQ embodies; how can other companies allow you to buy/sell with the a click of a button and EQ remains in the stone age of faxes and relying on someone that can hopefully read and do what's being requested? staff apparently doesnt keep records of you calling either; everytime we've called and given the name /date of our last call there are no notes or record of us contacting EQ; How has this business been able to exist as long as it has??? i guess now we wait for the response below my message: 'EQ sad you feel bad. please waste more time emailing us so we can have it read by absolutely no one; love EQ.' june 16, 2026 we FAXED the transfer packet, again; waiting to see what reason - if any - is given for what i am expecting will be a denial for whatever reason - maybe the reason this time will be: 'this J doesn't look like that J; UNABLE TO PROCESS - better luck next time; thanks for playing.' ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS; i'm already composing another SEC complaint likely to be sent tomorrow after EQ says they were unable to process the request; i hope others have been spared my comedy of errors but i wouldnt be surprised if i am not in the minority in trying to work with a business that relies on a FAX MACHINE for transaction requests; ZERO STARS.

June 17 update:EQ told me they never picked up the transfer despite me calling EQ yesterday. EQ said I could resubmit it today.....ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS...then EQ called and said it was rejected. No reason given. ZERO STAR.

June 18 Clown Show update: Sean from EQ called and said "We can't find the transfer packet." And this is AFTER EQ called US to make sure we were faxing it,again, for at least the 5th time. How does this place stay open? What businesses actually use EQ? And why? And what does EQ actually charge for the incompetence they continue to display on a daily basis. At least they are consistent. Consistent with ZERO HELP. Consistent with ZERO ABILITY TO COMPLETE A SIMPLE TRANSFER THAT THE REST OF THE WORLD CAN DO WITH THE CLICK OF A BUTTON. ABSOLUTE CLOWN SHOW EQ. At least you are consistent- at being one of the worst.
