At 10am I booked an appointment for 10:45am. I was seen promptly, and listened to. The doctor that I spoke to helped me get seen by my GP urgently, and has referred me for necessary scans. I will use them again.

As a tourist from New Zealand I have been touring for 6 week to date.About a month ago I picked up a cold that would not go away.I was aware that I may have had a chest infection as my chest was painful when I coughed and I was bringing phlem. I also had an ear infection. That was confirmed by a Pharmadoctor. The GP in your practice asked me many questions ruling out more serious conditions Then gave me a script for antibiotics and a nasal spray. I am grateful for her helpful intervention.

If you need fast help, this is the site for you!
Easily the greatest online doctor site I have used. They only thing they are lacking, is a mobile app. Their website is laid out perfectly, and easy to use. If they can some how port it all into app, so I don't get 15 emails etc. It will be so much better.
The fact that they can forward referrals, to specialists, and be more there for you than your normal GP is just something I've never understood.
I've seen 3 different doctors.
Dr Uchenna Mkpadi
Dr Chirstian Winiger
Dr Diane Leung
All amazing doctors, who are very good at listening, and knowing the best advice, medication combinations or again the ability to forward you to someone who might have a better insight to what's going on.
I personally recommend Dr Diane Leung, previously a very well respected doctor on a previous online doctor called "GP Service" has moved to this platform instead, and is still a shining example of a doctor who is filled with knowledge and understanding. If you need help, she's the one you want!
Obviously somethings have to be seen by a GP, so there may be occasions where its outside of their scope, and they don't want to guess and have you not cared for, so please don't be mad at them for doing what's best for you.
It is slightly more expensive than other competitors, that's a only real negative I can think of.
Again, hopefully an app is in the pipeline.

Quick and effective service - instant prescription
I made an appointment today which cost me £53, which I was more than happy paying for the service that I received. Trying to get an appointment with my doctor is an absolute nightmare as is the NHS in general for needing things doing straight away so I thought I would look at private options..
I knew I had an infection Which camera really rapidly and worsened over a 24-hour period, so I booked the appointment and uploaded the photos for the consultation. The doctor was prompt at arriving on time. Discussed my situation with me and symptoms. Explained the next steps and also what to do should I need more medication or if the prescription did not work (antibiotics).
My prescription arrived instantly via email and I managed to pick this up within 20 minutes of the appointment for just £10 at my local pharmacy.
I would highly recommend this service and I will probably use this a lot more going forward rather than relying on the NHS.

Never got back in touch but full refund given
I was told I would get an email or a call back since the doctor couldn’t help me without first speaking to their senior. No one ever did get in touch with me. However when I complained about this I was given a full refund of the £53 which I paid for the appointment no questions asked, so I’m satisfied.

Quick appointment and professional service!
I got a same day appointment. Same hour practically. The GP was wonderful and took the time to understand my issue. I was issued a sensible prescription which I was able to take to an ASDA on a Sunday to obtain the medication. All within two hours. Would definitely use this service again!
